The manager on shift for the night of 6/30/22 was the ideal image of great customer service when a mistake happens. I went through the drive through and ordered two blizzards with chocolate and another without chocolate and specified that I was allergic to chocolate and ordered something that normally does have chocolate and requested it to be omitted and said she could do it. My order was messed up and ended up having chocolate in it and I drove back and they had technically closed a few minutes beforehand but I knocked on the door and she remember taking my order once I explained what happened and immediately apologized and remade it correctly this time no questions.
Good quality ice cream! Recommend drive-thru. Quick and easy. Limited dining options. Mostly treats and snacks like chicken bites and hotdogs. Not a full restaurant.
This Dairy Queen was amazing. We loved it. We were vacationing from N. Ireland and all the staff we met were so welcoming and friendly. ? We loved the banana splits and blizzards. Really lovely. We need a Dairy Queen on N. Ireland. Thank you everyone. X
Blizzard was one of the most runnyiest things I've ever ate. Was not thick like it's supose too be. It pretty much sucked it was thin like a milk shake
We miss seeing Randy but love going to this DQ. Staff is always friendly and it’s always fun to go there. This is a family-owned DQ. We’ve known them for years and they’re all very nice people.
I was really disappointed tonight. I had heard about the oreo dirt pie blizzard and was so looking forward to it, only to not receive any gummy worms in it. that’s one of the main points of that particular blizzard, right?
They don't participate in Dairy Queen rewards All the times I go there they say we don't have a scanner
They sure dont like to overuse toppings! Me and my wife ordered blizzards. Both were very disappointing!!! I've been to many many Dairy Queens and this location is an embarrassment to the restaurant chain. You can pay for a cup of vanilla ice cream if you like!!
I had never gone to a DQ and I've seen all the commercials. I had put of town guests and they wanted to go. I was extremely disappointed,just ok don't work for me especially at those prices.I don't mind paying for what I want as long as I get what I pay for and that was like throwing away money,I don't do that.All the Way Live"A Senior with Sense"
