Friendly staff and the drinks and food were amazing

I've eaten here several times and the food has been good each time. Not the best beach food I've had, but very good. The blackened fish is probably the best option. The drinks are delicious and boost the rating. Server staff has usually been good. They often have live music at night. Breakfast is excellent.
Good food. Husband said coconut shrimp was best he ever had. But even after asking twice he never got one of his sides. My shrimp and grits was good but not enough grits and they are really cheap. I ordered a side salad with no croutons. I had to ask for it as well. I was almost finished with my food when it finally came. Just a plate of lettuce and salad dressing. Nothing else. No drink refills offered. That would have gotten them 1 star but I flagged down a waitress, not ours, and asked for a manager. He came quickly and was very nice. Apologized for the problems and removed the salad from the bill. He didn't offer anything else as compensation. He brought a double order of the slaw to go because we were finished. That got him the second star. We usually tip 20% or more but this girl only got 10 and she didn't deserve that. So we won't be back. There are too many other places to eat for a $50 lunch for 2.
Unfortunately, Friday night customers are not important with zero acknowledgement by any manager on duty (if there was one). Ordered "market price" scallops for spouse, THIRTY minutes later they arrive along with my dead fish sandwich plate. Server Johnny stated "only one cook" so I guess it was our fault to expect more than served. Observed THREE other tables around us addressing issues with their server .... none of those met a manager either. Too many choices along the beach to accept fair service and poor food at best. Keep on moving down the beach walk, is our suggestion.
Great place with nice Caribbean vibe! Open air with ocean breeze and cool music. Great tropical drink menu! My wife had the coconut shrimp and loved it! I don’t eat seafood so I had the Cajun pasta with chicken and it was so good we went back the next night! Loved the fried pickles too! Not too pricey.
My husband and I recently visited Clearwater Beach. A thunderstorm was moving in, so we decided to go get some lunch and wait it out. Crabby's happened to be right across the street so we ate there and I am glad we did! What a pleasant surprise - the food was delicious and the drinks were equally as good. The service was great and the atmosphere even better! It was so good that we ate there again for lunch the next day! We will definitely be back!

We had a phenomenal time enjoying breakfast with John T, he did an amazing job at making our morning in Florida a special one! We will most definitely be back!!
