Good bagels. Cream cheese is overpriced. Staff unfriendly. One woman who works there is very aggravating. The worst customer service I've seen in a while. As I was trying to figure out the exorbitant prices on their cream cheese for a purchase I had made earlier from another unfriendly employee, she kept interrupting me. I actually had to tell her it was rude to keep interrupting me and I would appreciate it if she would let me finish. I was able to figure out that I had been charged twice for single bagels but she was like a trained CNN reporter and she had managed to get me a little flustered. As I tried to tell her that I had been charged twice for the bagels she acted like I was not worth her time and she was getting the owner. I knew if these were the type of employees he hired then it wasn't worth my time arguing any longer. I will never step foot in there again. These kind of people do not deserve to be in business. Wish I could put a negative star.

So yes this place is iconic to the clearwater area. With that being said I feel they are overpriced for a breakfast sandwich. The food was good but my 2 breakfast sandwich was $22

Consistently good, in quality, variety, and service. Its a little hole-in-wall bagel shop, but its been there forever, so they're clearly doing something right. Nice crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside authentic NY-style boiled bagels done the right way. They outlasted Einstein's across the street, so that says something, too.

Great food and Great People. So much better than chain bagel stores!

I ordered 2 bagel sandwiches at Clearwater Bagel. While waiting to receive the food, my daughter wanted to wash her hands. They refused my daughter to use the bathroom. I reminded them, that they are to provide one to the public. He (would not provide the name) got belligerent with me. I asked for a refund because she would not be able to wash her hand before she ate. He told me no and they were closed now, and I had to leave. He said that they have had a carry-out permit for 16 years, and he knows laws; he was not letting her use one. I never got loud; I was just on the phone getting the statute number so I could show him. Luckily there were no other customers, because it was embarrassing that he would act like that over a 12-year-old wanting to wash her hands. He started slamming stuff and walked aggressively to me, so I left.Florida law requires each public food service establishment to maintain public bathroom facilities according to the Florida Building Code, which requires public food service establishments "serving food or drink on a take-out, carry-out or delivery basis only which provide no seating… to provide a minimum of one bathroom accessible to the public" (Building, Section 426.4.1.1).

Absolutely the best fresh bagles and variety of cream cheese I have ever had!!! Wish they were closer to home I would visit every day for breakfast!! You can get individual orders on the go or you can purchase fresh packs of many different kinds of bagles and different cream cheese in containers for at home!!

We are from Chicago, and these are truly the absolute best bagels anywhere, Unfortunately, the young man taking the order has zero personality, appears he doesn't like his job.

Love this spot! Been wanting to try it and finally got there for an awesome breakfast bagel sandwich and Dulce sandwich and delicious homemade rugala. They've been around for 40 years and haven't changed so they must be doing something right.
