We waited 15 minutes for them to tell us it was going to be another 20-30 minutes they had to thaw out chicken. Just very unorganized. Ended up getting our money back and leaving with out even eating.
So Hot and ready they switch workers like we do our underwear they had a very nice fast crew there before but was out of chicken quite often..clean bottom of grease drop pans more often the smell is of brunt chicken droppings at bottom of stove
It wasn't a bad place to take the family to. The staff was super nice and spite being short staffed and extremely busy. The food was good and filling
Came here around 11:30-ish in the morning with my niece to get us food for the 4th of July. And, although they were short staffed they did their best to accommodate us, and that’s despite the prep guy not coming in, but an employee Tiffany went out of her way to make us the biscuits with our 35.99 meal. So we’re really grateful for that and the service they extended us. We really appreciated that! They have an excellent crew working today. Very professional and kid friendly!
Good Tasting Food. We heard about it and had to stop and try it. There customer service was great and the food was prepared fast. Price was not bad 16 piece Family Meal $20 comes with 16 pieces of chicken, 3 large side, and 6 biscuits.
Tiffany took my order and was very pleasant. The chicken was juicy, hot and fresh. The Cole slaw is great. Their Mac n cheese is really good. I was a little disappointed that the biscuits really were very bottom greasy and lacked honey flavor, but that's my only complaint. The poppers were really good, and I definitely would order the okra again. The gals worked very well together. Great first time experience trying church's, we enjoyed our food! Thank you!
Normally everything is good here. But yesterday the chicken was barely above room temperature. The french fries that are normally fresh were almost room temperature too. But I should add that the coke was very good.
Always enjoyed the food at churches on Gulf to Bay, But made the mistake of going there today on 5-19-22. There was a new fry cook working the first shift, that dude should try working at Taco bell cause fried chicken is not his thing. The chicken was bland as he'll and over cooked. The staff up front was great but if you guys want customers to enjoy the food..... PLEASE get rid of that cook.
I'm a frequent visitor here and the customer service is not good. The manager has the best customer service ever, but apparently, her employees don't. Not all of them. When you ask for fresh food, it's always a problem. They go to sucking their teeth. Cook goes on smoke break in the middle of the restaurant being busy.
Church chicken price and food flavor both okay.One thing never done right is taking long time to get food ready to pick up.For example. I ordered combo 1 this noon time. And it took half hour wait to get my food . One lady in front of me ordered 50 pcs chicken and there was a long line waiting for taking order and waiting for food. But we have to wait for this big order done then finish orders after her.30 minutes wait isn't acceptable. Big order should prepare on line half hour before she come in. I guess your guys work very hard and not much profit. It's not the right way for business. There is lots of things need improved.
