Did a mobil order for 3 adult chicken quesadillas, 1 kids quesadilla. I received 4 kids quesadillas but didn’t realize till I got home, I went back and was told that the order was correct (Starbucks would have just remade the order at this point and I should have insisted), but I went home again giving them the benefit of the doubt, opened one and it was definitely not the adult portion (although it was made on a large shell it only had a few pieces of chicken and very little cheese and wasn’t cut), I went back again!!! Again I was told that I was wrong again and that was an adult portion. I asked for a refund and finally the cashier told the girl to remake the quesadillas and they were correct this time. I went home again and realized that they didn’t give the chips and drink for the kids meal. Wow! I’ve had these at other locations and they are usually really good. It seems that since Chipotle has implemented Mobil only for the adult quesadillas it has been a lessened experience.
It's good but always skimpy on the meat... Have to get dbl meat every time just to get enough protein. Guacamole is good here, so are the chips. Come here often after the gym. Always get the bowls but others I've gone with love the burritos and tacos as well.
We got there and walked up to the ordering counter. No smile no greeting just a what can I get you. My 12 year old son made his order for his tacos while I went to the bathroom.The men's bathroom it's disgusting there is a hole in the ground where a toilet used to be and you can see raw sewage in the hole.Came back out as my son was paying. Another employee the cashier, it was not polite it was like a robot. No thank you no have a good day. My 12-year-old son had better manners than her by thanking her.
i don’t know why i keep coming back to this location expecting it to have better customer service. as a fellow food service employee i know how to act and serve people who are paying customers. not only did this girl serving me have the biggest frown/disapproval but she skimped me on the guac, steak, chicken, rice and put the wrong salsa on. i brushed it off and said not to worry about it because really i just wanted to get my food, pay and leave. the lady who was at the register was on a phone call while cashing me out and just wasn’t professional in my opinion. i live in dunedin and this is the closest chipotle to me but from now on i’d rather drive an extra two miles to the palm harbor location where i haven’t been disappointed. i’m never coming back to this countryside location again.
Love Chipotle. With 3 grandkids this always helps.
They don't know there own menu. And don't even know how to make a quesadilla with melted cheese. And the manager won't come to speak with us. All bad and will not be going here again.
I went yesterday morning around 11:00am. There were no knives to cut your food, there were no fountain drinks, just the teas they make. I had a burrito, my peppers and onions were hard and barely tasted cooked. My chicken tasted like it had been left over from the night before. So disappointed, will never go again

My oh my how chipotle has changed over the years.My pick up order was 18 minutes late.They would not let me redeem my birthday chips and guac on the app or in-store when I showed up to pick up and scan the redemption code.When I got home with the order, it was wrong.I tried to call an no one answered.They had an automated system that referred me to my email to chat with a bot.I had to go back and get the right thing.Very poor experience.Chipotle, you used to be so much better. Chill with the tech and focus on your customer experience with humans.I know your stock price. You have the resources to make this work.I never got the email.
Jesus. How can you get an order wrong twice? This was my double chicken, lettuce, quaso, pico, and sour cream burrito bowl. They fixed it by putting the same exact food I had in a new bowl with "romaine lettuce" on top that was 4 pieces of arugula and 3 or 4 pieces of spinach.I'm editing this because my wife said her burrito was messed up too. It's literally all rice with a tiny corner of chicken. How can this even HAPPEN!
