The average Chipotle. The service was alright, though I got too much sour cream despite asking for light. The bathroom was alright as well. The food was well, alright. There’s nothing much to be said. If you are craving Chipotle, then go here. If you’re looking for an amazing meal, perhaps go somewhere else. Also I had a few weird giant chunks that were rubbery/chewy. Nothing that made me lose my appetite, but pretty weird.

I just ordered chipotle online and it got here within the amount of time it said but the portions are horrible. When you shop in store the bowl is completely full and when you order it's just barely enough to feed my children. This is rediculous.

I go here pretty frequently enough to say I get the usually. I have never had problems before, however today was horrible. You could tell the crew didn’t care and wanted to just leave. The employee making my bowl scooped the smallest amounts possible. I got frustrated with the portions he was putting into my bowl. On top of that they had run out of everything I really wanted and I tried to make due with what they had. Generally my bowl is full and filled and worth 10 dollars! Today was not the case. I was irritated and even voiced my frustrations but not a single employee cared. Horrible service tonight. Management needs to improve at this place otherwise my business is going else where!

I am sorry to say this place has went downhill. The serving area, the dining area, the whole place was filthy. They did not have near enough help, one single person ran the entire front line and they were out of everything.

This has been my Chipotle location for 2 years now since moving to Clearwater. In the last year, especially more recent, the service has been awful. For example, tonight I went for a chicken bowl. Here’s my experience - Everyone moves with zero sense of urgency. The portions are CHEAP. They were out of vegetables and sour cream. No chips available, that was no surprise though. I ordered a kids build your own as well and was given only one tortilla, suppose to be 2. Mind you, I was the ONLY person being served at the counter and the line was to the door! I went to scan my rewards app for points, the machine was down. Got my cup for my drink, out of lemonade. That was no big deal because I just chose something else, but it’s the principal. This location needs help and I know that’s hard to find these days, but there was no leadership in the restaurant. The lack of training is noticeable. I won’t be back there for a while.

Quick service, everything was very fresh, generous portions. We also thought that the manager was very respectful to his team as we whitenesses their interactions.

Wow this place has gone downhill. It used to always be great. Haven’t been here in awhile. First, I was deciding my toppings, and the guy immediately slopped a big spoonful of sour cream in my bowl even though I cried out “NOOOOO!!” before he completed the task. Then he insisted that I asked for sour cream. WRONG!!! I felt bad that the bowl had to be thrown in the trash, but I can’t eat sour cream. I was not offered or given napkins. I visited the self-serve station and found no napkins or forks. Went back to the cashier and informed her of the depleted station. She told me that they were out of forks and napkins were by request, handing me large, rough restroom paper towels from behind the counter. Before I left the restaurant, I watched her fill the self-serve station napkin holders with regular Chipotle brand napkins, and the containers were crammed full of forks. So she lied to me, I guess because no staff member was capable or had enough energy to take care of the station. Half the tables were dirty upon my arrival and were not cleaned during my visit. There was a HUGE chunk of fat/gristle in the Barbacoa meat that was totally inedible (see photo - that whole piece is ALL gristle). And several hard pieces of something in the meat as well. What a waste of money and irritating experience. Oh and they did not have any guacamole.

I’ll update my starts to 5 .When I can show up at least 3 times in a month around 8pm and they have all the ingredients. For a busy location line out the door I’m surprised they don’t have extra cheese, sour cream, corn and some other ingredients left at only 8pm.Owners and management we would appreciate if the store was better stocked.I base this on at leaset 4 visits a month after 8pm.

I've been to this one a few times. This time it was disappointing. The counter tops were nasty. There was food all over it and the cashier was still checking out customers without even wiping it (they checked out 2 customers before cleaning the counter). Then they didn't have sour cream which was disappointing because it was still so early and a long while before they close. Overall the food was still good and the atmosphere was good as well

It’s been a while since we went to this location as we have been disappointed in the recent months however we gave it another chance and they seem to have it together again Food was amazing the staff was friendly Jacob was a complete Rockstar and kept the line moving it was a really good visit this time!
