Grabbed our pick up order and everything was excellent! It was ready right on time and was brought to my car seconds after I checked in. My hubby's orders are always customized and his order was just right. Thank you to the whole staff! All the peeps complaining on these reviews about wait times and staff...well, they don't know what it's like to work in the restaurant biz since Covid! You can't staff when people don't want to work at jobs that deal directly with the public! I'm dealing with it at my job too. Keep up the good work!
Food is good but the restaurant was way understaffed. Actually saw people walk out after waiting more than (10) minutes to be seated. Considering today is a Wednesday you would think the wait time would be quicker. I blame management. Not the workers.
I really love chili's food. I had long time without visit this location because all the bad experiences i had had the last year. Today me and my family decided to have our lunch at this location because we were pretty close..... our experience today was excellent. Totally different. Our server Jesus was wonderful. He took care of us simply great. Drinks on time, chips and salsa on time. Jesus is a very friendly guy. Polite and willing to help the best way he can. I really wish the best for this location. I used to come here very often. Next time I would love jesus as our server again
This was the worst experience ever the service was horrible, the waitress sucked rarely came to see to us and when she did she took forever to bring out drinks including chili for my daughter. The cooks sucked they got our orders wrong twice and by the time the waitress came by again my husband was over it so he didnt even have them remake it. He just had them take it off the bill. I'm waiting for my burger, so we'll see if it comes out with love....and not the kinda love that comes from balls.
I love Chili's but not this location. Pro: It's in a convenient, easy to access location. Con: You most likely will leave disappointed. I was disappointed multiple times in a row throughout the past year. I took a break from this location and returned today to find things still are sub-par at best.In one visit, I experienced all of the following problems:. (1) I was served soup on a bowl exactly as I ordered it without garnish, but soup was dribbled all around the side of the bowl and just messy. In the restaurant industry, the edges of plates and bowls are typically wiped free of food. Not in the case at this location. (2) I was served nothing but liquid for "salsa.". There were no tomatoes at all. I informed my server that I didn't want the bowl of liquid and she promptly took it back, but I was still charged for it on my check. (3) When our food was served, we had not been served drinks which were ordered previous to the food. I received my soft drink after bringing it to the server's attention. However, my friend did not receive her beer until she was finished eating and only after she asked for water. There is also a 4, 5, and 6, but I will end here as this review is already far to long.In summary, this location needs major improvement. I will not return, but hope they improve so that another business location is not closed.
Horrible experience. First time at this location and we sat at the bar for quick service. However the bartender was in back cooking. It was over an hour to get a burger and the place didn't look that busy. The excuse was " we have 6 pages of to go orders". So the patrons actually in the restaurant suffered. Another table actually stood up and started screaming to get someone's attention...."Hello, anyone that works here." Not a good first & last experience at this location.
We went here last night and the service was horrible ?, we weren't even acknowledged for about 15mins, our server grabbed the manager as he was walking by to grab our drinks. Didn't receive napkins or utensils till after our food was delivered. It took them forever to get our appetizer out. Then we ordered our food and they lost the order and it took them 20 minutes before they realized that they lost it. Once they figured it out it came out cold and by this point we were done and ready to go home. They never checked on us after our food came. They never tried fixing the problem or apologize. Our server kept complaining about how she was there all day and she was tired. Very disappointed in this location.
Thank god I got a margarita with my meal, because I needed it. I’m three sips in and my annoyance is fading, but not enough to deter me from posting this. We worked long days, I’m on my period, I could use some steak. Pull up to Chili’s around 9pm. Ordered curbside because we’re in pajamas. We get home. I religiously order medium rare steak anywhere I go. I take a bite and think about how oddly chewy it is. Must be medium. I look at my steak and see it is quite literally this bright pink on the inside. Cool to touch. Instant gag. Thing is basically raw. Kind of picked at my broccoli and coleslaw after that, and now my stomach is literally churning. Not to mention, my fiancées sides were completely different than what he ordered.
The food is excellent and consistent with New England Chili's. However, the restaurant could use a good cleaning. Floor, mirrors, TV screens are dirty. Never mind the little payment computers, disgustingly dirty didn't want to touch it. If it is dirty in the front of the restaurant, what is it like in the kitchen?
0/10 WOULDN'T RECOMMENDWe were sat in a table that can't really be seen from any point that servers tend to frequent(like host station or bar or kitchen doors).There pos system(or just our servers tablet in particular) wasn't working correctly. The server was friendly. However We ordered everything all at once and waited until a separate worker brought our food out to even have the chance to ask this second person if they could get out drinks. We then waited a while for every other thing we needed continuously throughout our stay. The third girl ,a tall blonde, was so absolutely rude and dismissive and frankly I would have fired her for speaking to a customer like they were beneath her because they asked for something to be left off of their meal, was really who and what about this visit that turned the meal sour. We even waited so long on the check that after waiting for so long thought the meal for everything we left without the reciept. Altogether a decent manager could have saved this review but I don't believe there was anyone who even cared about our business on shift.
