Arrived around 7pm. Host rudely told us (party of 3) to wait a minute. 10 minutes later the host and other employees are putting chairs around tables. We ask to be seated. Host told us they were busy setting up tables for big parties. Are you kidding me! We left and wont be back. Understand there seems to be a shortage of people to work, but dont be rude and turn the few people wanting to eat at the restaurant away. Pretty soon you wont have customers at all and no job, not deserved anyway for your rudeness.
The food was not that, but the service was terrible. My daughter ordered a soda and when she drank it, the server asked her what was she drinking but never brought her refill. My long island was more like sweet tea and when I told the server, he said that it was impossible, because the bartender was good. Well, not good enough then. Now the last complaint. Even though my food included dessert, the server never asked us what we wanted and decided not to stop by the table anymore. So, got charged for something I never got. But that is the last time.Horrible, won't go back.

SO INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED!!!!! GIVE THIS MAN AN OSCAR!!The bartender's today was Ricky. I got here at 6pm. He was very polite and kind, I got my order in less than 7 minutes....that's not what impressed me. Someone ordered a glass of wine..... He CHECKED THE GLASS TO MAKE SURE IT WAS CLEAN BEFORE POURING THE WINE AND SERVING IT!!!! ??? great service!!! Great environment and EXTREMELY CLEAN BAR!!! Kudos ????
Tonight I ordered Uber Eats with a no contact delivery, waited over an hour for our meals and was sent a picture our my delivery, well it wasn't delivered to me, someone out there got 2 nice,free meals. After trying to reach Uber Eats, I finally get someone on the phone who barely speaks English, she tells me. sorry, food was delivered...no refund for you. I then called my local Chili's in Countryside trying to obtain the Uber Eats driver's phone. Chelsea (manager) couldn't have been nicer. She explained she doesn't have that info,but if I want to drive up there she'll comp both meals, not only did she comp both meals but she thew in chips and salsa and a cookie with ice cream. That is golden customer service in my book. Chelsea, thank you SO much for providing exceptional customer service. A+
I would zero stars if possible!!! Slowest service ever!!!! Went here tonight with my family and son. Our drinks stayed empty on table for over 30 minutes. The table next to us taken care of, even got free drinks and not cheap free drinks either but alcoholic drinks. Had to stop wait 40 minutes for waitress to get our dessert with the 2for25 meal. Also ticket originally was wrong and not the 2 for $25 deal. Had to wait for it to update and change to correct order. Had to wait 10 minutes for drinks once sifted at table and then another 5 minutes before waitress took order for appetizers. Slowest experience ever. Waitress had passed our table multiple times without even checking on us, our food, our service, or our drinks!!

Avoid this location!!!!!! Photo added is of an unclean table that was unclean when I got there and remained dirty even as I left an hour later!!!!! Chili’s corporate will be contacted!!!!!
Great service from Karen! Even though she made mistakes on my bill that over charged me. She was an experienced Chillis server but new to the tablet ring in method. Food was on point and accurate even though inaccurately charged. 3 stars for the money never coming back. Called twice, on second call was told could take 5 to 7 business days. That was the 20th of February. Still no return. Not going to pursue it because it was only about 11 dollars difference because I wanted the tip increased from 16 to 20 dollars.
