The chick-fil-a quality is lacking with this location. They did not give us any straws for two drinks. Asked for chick-fil-a sauce and was given no sauce at all. No pickles on our regular spicy chicken sandwich with cheese.Three things in one order wrong?!Rating 3 out of 5.
Seriously? This is literally the FIRST Chick-fil-A that I’ve come across that doesn’t have a large Mac’n’Cheese. One big bowl fed 3 people. Now they offer a medium, which is like less than half of the big bowl but almost the same price. $6 for a large and $4 and change for this “medium.” What does the small have? 4 noodles? Geeze“Somebody come look at dis!”Really disappointed ?
As a former Chic fil A employee im disgusted with the service I got the other morning. I asked for extra honey butter and I got dry mini bread, placement of minis wasn't proper. I about choked on my mini becuz of the dryness and the nuggets were out of temp. I expected better quality not just becuz it is in Clearwater. Chic fil a has A standards!!!
If the world was managed by Chick-fil-A everything would run smoothly and efficiently. I entered a long line of cars wrapped around the building and in 7 minutes I was riding away with my order, which was accurately filled. All done by smiling friendly teenagers.
The food is good, standard CFA quality. Lately I have to double and triple check food. Large fry was only half full one day. Ordered a sunjoy and received unsweetened tea on a different visit. Ordered a sandwich with American cheese and paid for it and the sandwich bag was labeled, yet no cheese on another visit. Now I literally have to check the bag, check in the bag, sip my drink before I leave the drive through or risk having the wrong stuff. Not sure if they are too overwhelmed or need to take their time, but CFA isn't super cheap these days, so when I order something a certain way I want it that way.
I ordered the market salad.First time ordering it without changing the chicken to the fried nuggets. My only comment is,; I liked the fried nuggets better on the salad. The chopped cold chicken didn't do a thing for me. I ended up trying to take most of it off. The rest of the salad was really good... It's one of my favorite dishes. Next time, back to the market salad and will definitely substitute the fried nuggets instead of the chopped grilled chickenI also had the sunjoy tea. I did diet lemonade and unsweetened tea. It was really good. Give it all a try. Enjoy?
Love the fact that they bring your food to your table. Cashier was super nice. Had tortilla soup instead of fries added to combo meal, it was excellent. Spicy chicken not very spicy, but as good as always.
I don’t know I use to love Chik Fil A but I feel this location has gotten a little relaxed and really starting to mess up orders! Staff are Phenomenal but just slow down a little and don’t lose who you are as people and workers were willing for our orders to take a little longer to keep up good quality food usually I give you 5 stars today you get 3 slow down and don’t loose your roots!
Now, in addition to having staff take your order in the drive-thru line, they expedite the service even further by having a staff member delivering food along the car line.So smart! 30 cars ahead of me and I am on my way with lunch in less than 10 mins.
I love CFA but am not having a good experience with the new process at Gulf to Bay. Now when you order they do not give you your drink, it comes out with the food. Last week I waited 19 minutes for my meal and drink and they were not even full. Yesterday I popped in for an iced tea to go (no food), took my order and I waited 10 minutes to get my tea, someone made it and then just left it sitting on their prep counter. Nobody in line and 4 people just standing.
