The drive through system is ridiculous. The workers are so slow and then messed our order up. We were the only customers the whole time and it took us 20 minutes to get fast food. ?
They extremely horrible horrible service they took my order tried only giving me half of my order and then when I asked for it gave me a big problem trying to get it I never ended up getting it they told me that their drive-thru was more important than people that needed something fixed is what they told me and I was part of the drive-thru and they told me to pull off to the side never gave me the two box meals that I was supposed to get I will never go back to any checkers ever again because of it
Checkers saved the day. Driving in pouring rain,flooded streets stopped in for a bite to get off the road. The #4 combo. Yummy
The drive thru was packed so i was the only one to get out of the car and walk up. It took Checkers 40 minutes to make a burger and fries. Fast food=Slow Food. DONT GO HERE.
Colleen failed to return my debit card. When I realized it I was 20 minutes away. Not happy. So I come back and asked for her to give my card back and was asked for my ID even though she knew it was mine and had apologized. I'm just trying to figure out what happens if someone doesn't have ID and that person CLEARLY recognized him/her. The white guy asking me for the ID thought it was really funny when I told him the cash tag that was on the FRONT of the card in plain sight. Like why torture me? I already had to drive back here while I was in a rush already.On a lighter note my FAVORITE crew member was your virtual assistant! She was perfect. You need more of her....she wouldn't forget to hand the card back.
No complaints with the evening shift but the fat wm that works the afternoon has the most racist nasty attitude imaginable. With that being said we go in the evening. The staff is more dependable and have excellent customer service skills in the evening and night shift.
This was my first time having a AI take my order, but it was surprisingly accurate! All it missed was our waters, but the cheesecake sundaes are a HOLY creation, and you can't forget the fries?
Went there last Thursday to get burgers while waiting for the bus out front. There was a heavy set blondish? Woman working the order window. Her gloves had holes all in them, there was hardly anyone there and made us wait almost 10 minutes to take our order. She moved like a snail & had the personality of a snow pea. (We usually eat there like once a week and have dealt with her before) we FINALLY got our burgers, sat on bus stop bench to scarf them down before the bus came any minute. Both our double checkerburgers were COLD. not even warm! Total waste of $10.00.
Ordered door dash the I ordered extra sauces got zero sauces for my tenders now I can’t eat them cuz there’s no sauce. I ordered funnel fries all grease an no powder sugar. I spent $30 and threw it away, unreal. Save your money and choose any other place, never again.
Order was mostly wrong but I won't fully credit the staff with that. There's a new ordering system at the drive through which is a machine asking your order. When I spoke with someone to correct the order I was told that the item I was describing was not on the menu yet it was on the regular menu.
