My boyfriend and I saw this place next to Ross and figured we should try it. The prices weren’t terrible and it was rated 3.5 stars. We order our food (I got the regular angus burger and my boyfriend got the Greek lamb burger) and go to get our drinks from the coke dispense machine. What do we find? There’s hardly any options. After we grab our drinks we sit down and wait for our food. It came out fairly quickly. My boyfriend went to take a bite of his “greek lamb” and said it had no flavor, it wasn’t that warm and it didn’t taste good. It had no flavor. My regular burger was better. My boyfriend asked to switch the burger out for something different because it wasn’t good and they told him that they couldn’t do that and that my boyfriend would have to but whole new burger. The only reason why it got two stars is because my burger was decent and the fries were good. You get better flavor at Wendy’s. Wont come here again.
First and last time coming here terrible service, the guy at the register with the glasses Kevin literally told me to my face he is not going to exchange the burger. That was dry and cold. I ordered the Greek Lamb, and It only took two bites, one from me and one from my girlfriend to realize how terrible it was. Never ever coming here again.
Absolutely upsetting, I wish I could give negative stars. Walmart quality food (which I 100% believe was considering the ketchup on the table was Great Value brand) for the price of a gourmet burger and fries. There's no way any of the 5* reviews are from customers.
This review Is specifically about delivery. The sent a half empty sprite and a quarter bag of fries that are dried out and hard as a rock. Even with the buy one get one free deal I’ll never order again.
The only reason this restaurant is getting one star is because of the concept. Flavor is ok. Kids chicken strips were burnt. Older Indian guy at the counter is rude and questioned my topping choices then exclaimed very loudly that all toppings were $1.09 each like I couldn’t pay for it. Sure.. I look tired but for Christ sakes I’m a working single mother ??♀️ Soda fountain was dirty. Condiment bottles couldn’t be used because they were filthy. The health department should really get involved. I do not recommend going here at all. Such a waste of $30.
Ordered 2 burgers, onion rings with sweet potato fries and shakes. The burger meat was was the width of about 2 quarters stacked together. Pretty laughable. Meal came with about 4 onion rings and both the rings and fries were soggy. Burgers had partial pieces of sliced cheese because inflation is too high to afford to give customers fat burgers and full slices of cheese. Meal came to over $35 with doordash. Definitely not worth the value, go somewhere else. We requested a refund.
Been here twice now, the first time I was here they were very rude and short with customers but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe they were having a bad day. This time the same thing happened, I will not be returning here ever again and I don’t recommend anyone goes here.
Rude staff, especially when I came back to the counter to show them a black piece of something floating in my drink from the soda fountain, that should have been my cue to avoid the food. Oh the food…greasy, flavorless and seemed old. Avoid this place as there are so many other burger places that rival this mediocre establishment.
Was excited since it was our first time trying a new burger place. Very disappointed. $40 for two burgers and an order of onion rings (and by order I mean 5 rings for what $5? Some of them the size of a quarter)Which were flavorless and hard. Their drink machine had no ice (not a deal breaker) but when the machine was pouring the drink, black specs came out and was floating around. That’s disgusting. Should of saw the red flags there. The fries were hard and not fresh. Which is a shocking considering no one else was there and we didn’t go at rush hour. The burger was extremely disappointing. Grease poured out of it which didn’t bother me as much as how flavorless it was. They had a decent amount of toppings on it but it was completely tasteless I couldn’t even eat half of it. The bun broke into pieces and was dry which didn’t help. Waste of money. Spare yourself. So many other actual decent places to eat in and around the plaza. It’s not even worth giving it a second chance considering how terrible the food was. I understand good days and bad days, but this is low quality food. Period. For the cost of the food it’s not worth it. Do better.
Delicious Angus beef burger with egg. I was going to give them 5 stars but their chocolate milkshake sadly did not taste like chocolate, it tasted like a weird version of extra sweet vanilla. Other than that everything else was perfect.
