I had my wife do our order online when I got there my order was ready nice and hot there was a line from the cash register all the way to the front door about four tables fully seated and only four employees behind the front counter and the grill area I don’t know who needs to hear this but these four people need a raise I didn’t catch any names but there was one young lady in the grill area controlling the whole place I don’t know if she’s a supervisor or manager but she knows what she’s doing coming from a culinary background these four got this Burger Monger on lock and I hope you can figure out who you are because you guys need some kind of recognition.. thanks for your great service!
When the word burger is in your companies name, one would imagine how to prepare a burger would be something they would know how to do. How does a burger shop not completely cook their burger that is a mere 1/4 inch thick? Because the employees are poorly trained or don't give a hoot about the end product. Fries, soggy and tasteless, burger was raw and bun was day old. If you need a good burger, this is not the place to go.

I was working in the area and decided to stop here for lunch. I was impressed of the burger I had here. I had the jalapeño specialty burger and the special sauce on this burger was fantastic. The onion rings here are huge and very tasty too. The staff here was also very friendly and restaurant was clean.
Vegetarian craving taste of meat? Want to know why their “beyond burger” tastes just like meat?—It’s cooked directly next to beef burgers on grill. The beef fat is literally soaked right in. It’s beef fat.
1st time trying it. Had five different orders for takeout and all were exactly right. That's fairly rare it seems around Dunedin. The food was excellent. We got the $5 Monday special on burgers and added lots of things as well as a few side items. All very good. If I have a complaint, it would be that they did not mark which sandwich was which... annoying but not a deal-breaker. We will definitely be going back. We added the second beef patty to all of the burgers but honestly we probably could have just gone with the regular burger. So much food! Can't wait to go back. Hopefully it will be every bit as good. I think we finally found our hamburger spot near Dunedin.
If I could give negative rating I would. Ordered take out 2 shakes for $11.98 and this is what we received!!! When called to speak to manager I was put on hold and no one picked up. I even tipped these people when I ordered online. Why would you give someone half a shake for that amount of $$$!!! Extremely disappointed and won’t order here ever again.
This was probably one of juiciest burgers I've had though the cost was a little high. Pricing starts at $7.99 for a Make Your Own Burger and goes up They charge extra for cheese, not extra cheese but any cheese, period on all menu selections. The onions in the onion rings were thick and sweet but they could have used a thicker coating as the breading crumbled easily so you wound up eating just an onion and picking up crumbs off your plate and shirt. Overall, it is still a good place for a burger.
My husband and I had the Impossible Buger and it was amazing!! You can choose the topping of your choice which I found it awesome, and we also tried the sweet potatoes waffle fries and the onion rings, that we're super delicious. We absolutely coming back again! Highly recommended!!!
This place has gone way downhill. Used to love it. Not so much anymore. Super greasy. Overpriced. Burgers lack flavor. Cheap with condiments. No thanks.Edit: if you're doing take out, make sure to bring a towel to soak up the grease so it doesn't get on your car seats. Disgusting.
