I went to store # 2816 drive thru ordered Dbl SW Bacon Whopper, Crispy Chicken Jr and SW Bacon Whopper jr. The Whooper was nothing like advertised I mean it was served cold, I couldn’t find the crunchy part, the guacamole was dark colored, I mean it was a mess, the whooper jr and chicken sandwich was cold!! The service at the window was horrible the attendant did not thanked us ( my wife and I) after I paid. We went home to enjoy our dinner and I couldn’t believe it, and no sense on going back. I don’t know what it is if it’s the owner or management I don’t know and my wife went inside to use the restroom and she said it was dirty, the floor at the hallway was sticky and the place smelled bad. Please let management know to tell the employees that their customers are very important for their business and this particular BK is on Gulf to Bay Clearwater Fl where lots of tourists go in and dine. Please keep an eye at the employees. I enjoy BK whoppers but I’ll have to think twice before going that is IF I go. Thank you for your time.
The team lead (white guy with white cook jacket )on duty was in the back cussing at the food because we had a big order. He was very unprofessional. Customers should not be able to hear profanity, especially my grandchildren.Today is 7/20/22 7:45-8pm.
Were short staffed due to employee issues, but they were on top of it. I got what I ordered, made to order. Sometimes FAST is too fast.
I waited about 30-40 minutes to order in the drive thru. The worker on the intercom kept messing up my order. There were only two people working and the place was dirty and honestly needs a health inspection. At least 6 cars left the drive thru while I was there.
Poor manager. You could tell he was overwhelmed. It's a shame good managers get taken advantage of. The cook was even coping an attitude with the manager. If I was the manager, that dude would've been sent straight home
I preordered they the app and I pulled up and went to counter and Then when she found it that’s when they placed the order so ordering ahead of time didn’t work waited a long time only to find out they gave away my order … I waited some more and finally when I got my order they didn’t even add anything to the order for their inconvenience like an extra set of fries some chicken nuggets and chicken fries nothing they just said sorry for the wait and never coming back here again at this location
Extremely dirty dining room with food on the floor and tables June 26 in the afternoon. The woman manager taking my order also said I look like I'm going to pop in front of my 12 year old son and I'm only 32 weeks pregnant so I felt uncomfortable because I was there to buy lunch not to see a ob/gyn. I had to then explain to my child that my stomach is not going to pop or explode.
I usually only review positive experiences, however this visit was not good. Ordered on the app and went inside to pickup, very few people in the store or drive thru yet a simple order took over 10 minutes. The chicken sandwich was not good either, seemed as though the pickles I had on it were the culprit as they were brutally salty like they had been soaked in salt brine for too long. Burger wasn't very good either, ordered KPO and got lettuce and onions. BK needs to try a whole harder. Sorry for the bad review, but this was not good at any level except the employee was nice, hence the extra star. Oh, and the fries, meh.
You don’t have an option for lazy morons! I don’t understand how you stay in business? You hire staff that literally do every thing they can not to provide service. Not a soul in your business and after waiting ten minutes some guy says what you want?… I told him three times clear as a bell one sandwich and a fry he says alright anyway and I pull up. He says at window like $17 something and I said for a burger and fry and he’s says you ordered two meals? Without getting angry I told him I’m not feeling it thank you anyway and drove away. Every time I come through this particular location you literally go out of your way to do anything and everything not to work? Overhaul the whole store and hire capable staff with at least a tenth grade education please!
Clean quick and very courteous here, burgers are fresh and made great not sloppy or just thrown together. Best burger king in Pinellas, Miss Tasha is amazing she was very friendly and very quick to fix a mix up with our order and was very sweet to our 3 year old girl! I highly recommend this Burger King
