Usually BJ's is a fun experience and the food is good. However, last visit was a fantastic example of bad management. A large group of kids were permitted to ruin the experience of everyone seated around them, if not in the majority of the restaurant. The kids were yelling, clapping and singing loudly without any intervention by management. Yes, kids (teens/young adults) can be energetic and loud, but I've never been to a restaurant that tolerated or even condoned obvious bad behavior. No one from the management team made any effort to speak to the group and ask them to tone it done, despite the obvious dismay of folks seated around the group. It falls onto restaurant management, not the kids as management never attempted to ask the group to lower their singing and clapping and chanting. Our sever was great, the food was good and the beer was good too; just the dining room experience was abysmal.
We love going to eat at BJs. There's a large selection of menu items and the food is always delicious.
Omg, the best tri tip I've ever had. Lots of flavor and SSO tender. Thursday its on special. Excellent chili too and, as usual, ahi poke.
6 of us visited this location and all our food was prepared properly and at the right temp. Salads, jambalaya, wings, prime rib and baked ziti were the items ordered! Our service was spot on with drinks refilled anytime needed without asking. Ask for Wendy if you want this great service she provided!! GO ENJOY!! Oh - although I passed this visit, the beer selection looked great!
Nice place for a family or a date. Large menu provides plenty of choices.
We visited BJs Brewhouse during Happy Hour and the Happy Hour Menu (appetizers) were delicious and half-off. We had the wings, the flat bread, the poki tacos and the avocado egg rolls plus non-happy hr items: BBQ chicken salad and Mushroom Burger. The hostess also increased our reserved table from 6 to 8 since more people showed up. We had a great 3 hrs of time together with high school friends.

It was great food and service, unfortunately we specifically made the reservation to celebrate my daughters 9th birthday as indicated in the reservation. I mentioned it quietly to the hostess when we check in and we were seated immediately! Unfortunately there was not a single mention nor Happy Birthday from anyone. At all. The entire time we were there. And we all ordered desserts too. Nothing. Not even a candle. I was so sad.
I have been to BJ's Restaurants in 4 different states. The meals are consistent throughout. I had the spaghetti and meatball dinner and it came out super fast and was delicious. My server was efficient and friendly. The Margarita I ordered was slower to arrive and my server mentioned she lost her bartender for a bit. It arrived maybe a minute before my dinner. Not a big deal but raised an eyebrow. Overall the experience was pretty good. I knocked out down a star because I had gnats flying around my table during my entire visit. It was pretty aggravating having to shew and swat bugs away from my drink and dinner.
