Ugh. Just go to Publix and buy some ice cream. 8 bucks for two tiny scoops. Serving size soooooo small. Will never visit a baskin robbins again.
We ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday 40 hours before we needed it. The Dunedin Baskin sent us to the Clearwater one because the company policy is 48 hours. Not only did they get us the cake in our time, but they also customized it with an alpaca, my son’s favorite animal and the theme of his party! You made his day, thanks!
Got served my ice cream by a young lady that did a horrible job in scooping my ice cream. Now i understand she is “in training” but she was moping around and very unenthusiastic about her new job. Extremely hard to talk to. Not the type of person i would want working for me!
3 times now I have tried to order banana splits. The first time, they told me they couldn't fulfill my order b/c they didn't have the correct cups, the next two times, apparently my door dasher apparently had car troubles. I'm just really curious what ice-cream shop can't make a simple banana split. I wouldn't even give this store on Gulf To Bay if it was an option.
Literally waited 10 minutes to order, then 10 minutes at the window, finally drove off. There were only two people in the store and they did say they were swamped with customers/orders so it might take a few minutes to get our order. I heard 20 customers, but didnt see 20 people.5 stars to the two workers who were keeping it together, 1 star for the franchise owner and/or Dunkin. Pay a better wage and you might have a chance to get more help. The prices have already been raised so do the right thing.
I was at this location on 3/31/22.It was late at night and there was a rush, with only two people working behind the counter. There were a lot of people who came in at once and the gentleman behind the counter did an amazing job at servicing all of the customers. I think that the manager as well as the owner of this location is very lucky to have a hard-working individual like the gentleman that was there tonight. the situation was very stressful and I think he handled it very well.Good job!

The store was dirty, there was hardly anything left to sell. I asked the worker if they had anymore tea in the back he didn't even check just said no.he wasn't friendly... its not a wonder why this store is always empty... even before covid it went down.
Boyfriend went to this location 20 mins before they close at 11 and they said they closed at 10 on Sunday’s. I checked their actual website and it says EVERYDAY they close at 11.
Ordered doordash and they confirmed the order but then told my driver that they were closed and hour before Google says they close.
