I'm not big on reviewing fast food places but I've never had a negative experience at this Arby's. Staff is very attentive but not overly attentive to where it almost seems like sarcasm which is how I see a lot of fast food places acting. But this place has always been great for me at least ?

I do not go to Arbys too often and now I remember why. Today it was pouring rain so I went to the drive thru. I waited for 10 minutes with no response (I kept saying hello are you there?) finally I decided to go to the window because I thought the speaker might not be working because it was raining so hard. The young women at the window told me they didn’t hear the car alert sound. I said that’s fine I just need to order. She said we can not take orders at the window you will have to get back in line. Needless to say I left! It will be quite some time before I try this restaurant again!

Tried the wagu beef burger and it was very good!! Had all the fixings on it and the sauce they put on it I don't know what it was but it was delicious!!

Us 19 & curlew location has become the worst Arbys. EVERY time I give this location a try they screw it up. I made an online pick up. Had apple pies on my order. When I went to pick up the (PAID on line) order they weren't in the bag. When I pointed it out, the Manger then tells me. "Oh, Well we don't have any." Asked if I was refunded she actually had the nerve to say No. As if I was out of line for asking about something I paid for. Then she says she can't refund me. I asked what do you normally do when this happens. And the look on her face was priceless. I had to suggest she substitute fries. Next visit. Tried the new burgers in the drive through. Got home and I have beef and cheddar. Trip back to get my correct order and the burgers are so burnt that they were not edible. One more try today 6/15, 7:15 pm. Thought I would try the prim rib cheese steak. Barely any meat, cold and obviously old. It tasted like Vomit. Almost 10 $ for a sandwich that made me sick to my stomach. Last 2 orders I could only take a couple bits and had to throw out. Three strikes and I'm out.

I'm not entirely sure why I keep coming back to this establishment. Every time I go there, it's the worst experience. And just when I think I've experienced the worst, the next time I go, well you get the idea.

I do not know the exact address all I do know is that it was on route 19 somewhere close to Palm Harbor.. The bathroom was a train wreck The store itself was a train wreck. They were blasting hip hop music out of the back room and nobody was cleaning anything. My Burger tasted like they fished it out of the garbage

Purchased 2 chicken pecan salad sandwiches...One sandwich was sensible the other barely a piece of chicken in it...for $7 a sandwich 2 tablespoons of chicken would be great such BS!! Ridiculous!! Not the 1st time either... But definitely the last!!See photos

Late night staff was amazing! Great service and accommodation for long wait time! However, fries were a bit cold and the sandwich was soggy! Arby’s needs to stop using shredded watery iceberg… chicken bacon Swiss sandwich used to be my favorite, now it’s sub par. The great employees go you that third star…

My husband is a big Arby's fan, so if we eat fast food that's where we go. Today we ordered a turkey gyro, which was fine, and a beef and cheddar. The cheese was dried up and the bread was stale. The curly fries where cold and disgusting like they had been sitting around for a while. This was very disappointing, so we won't be going to that Arby's again.

4/30/2002, roughly 9:30pmPulled around to drive through, passed 2 employees smoking by the dumpster.Ordered 2 strawberry lemonades, received both without ice. I let it go.Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a gyro, 3 fries. The bag handed to me was literally ice cold on the bottom. Almost gave it back but figured maybe it was placed on the ice machine for a minute, who knows. They were certainly not handing over a cold bag of food, right? Got home to eat and my daughter and her friend pulled apart 2 cold, raw chicken sandwiches.Kids were starving, drove back with raw food. Back to the drive through, I handed the bag with the receipt to the woman and explained the food was all cold and the chicken raw. No raised voice or irritation, simply a statement. She does not say a word but takes the bag and proceeds to Inspect the bag for a FULL 2 minutes then says something to the kitchen, I am assuming to reorder. I tell her that I do not want the food remade. Again, without a word, she hands me a voided receipt. Not a single ounce of customer service. Not a single apology.
