My family and I went to Waffle House to have a nice meal and to our surprise, the head waitress stops taking orders to address they were short staffed and they're waiting on the next available seating. When I looked around I noticed there was seating available. I waited 5-10 mins and asked 1 of the male workers if he knew how long? He replied he don't know, he's not in charge.... at that point my family decided to leave. What's the point of having an establishment, if you can't do the basics greeting/seating a tax payer in Seminole County
Food is ok. But Heather was extremly rude not only to us. But she was extremly rude to the red head co worker. If I was them I would not allow that. It looks like she was very unprofessional. Everyone was whispering about it.

First time coming to Waffle House it was not bad liked the eggs cooked perfect waffle was good hash browns pretty tasty. What liked was service waitress was right on point and friendly.
Craving a fresh made waffle, we decided to try this location for lunch. I do not think we will ever return. HW was so mouthy, disrespectful and down right rude to staff and us. The restaurant was dirty and not being wiped down on the back end or front end properly. The food was nothing extravagant for “diner food” but did come out hot. The hamburger was nothing to “write home about”. The hash browns were soggy and only half cooked on one side. The only thing they got right was the waffle. Staff needs some training and the place needs to be cleaned. Expectations are important for staff and customers. Show us you care and clean up your act. We miss the old days were Waffle House was the best!
Waitress handled entire restaurant by herself despite our not thinking she was all that "with it" Food good..asked for little jalapenos and got a ton but easily pulled out. Biggest issue was flood behind counter that she walked through with no thought and tracked wet feet out to all of our booths..pretty disgusting. She said floor had just been washed but this was 20 min after we got there and hadnt been done since we were there... and still puddles!
Can I leave Zero stars? The most unfriendly staff ive ever encountered! Curly haired Spanish guy was filthy, nobody was in there and I got no service after almost 10min of waiting..I literally walked out. Ill never go back and make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this location
Some of the best food and service around. Waffle, eggs, bacon and hash browns are always fresh and cooked right in front of you.
Friendly and clean place too! Service was fast ! The food was as it should be.
