I’ve been waiting for the Mexican pizza to return. Was so excited it finally has! I went through the drive-through at 11:05 AM and tried to order a Mexican pizza. I was told “we can’t do Mexican pizzas right now.” I was confused and asked her to repeat herself and she stated the same thing. Bewildered I asked is it not lunchtime yet? To which she replied, I don’t usually work this shift so I don’t know the reason. We just can’t do it. If you’re going to bring back a fan favorite , make sure it’s available. This was ridiculous. This location is always terrible. I should have known better!
To the older guy that wouldn't take my order today. No we do not want to use your greasy grimy kiosks. We want to go into a place and order from a friendly face. Most of us have been working hard all day, and just want to order our food from an individual with a good attitude. So maybe next time, take a customers order if they want to order at the front.
Staff was very stand offish. Ordered in lobby. I didn't mind waiting I could see they were operating with a skeleton crew and the drive thru was busy. The only complaint I have, is it would have been nice if someone would have at least acknowledged that I was waiting...a "we'll be right with you" something. There was nothing until on crew member came to take my order. Very helpful, patient, respectful. Overall great experience.

Drive through order completely wrong. Went in to correct it and was given even more food that was incorrect. I think I got a combination of two other cars' orders with none of what I actually ordered in the bags.
Ordered thru Uber Eats, got a message saying it was ready, but when I got there they hadn't even started it. And then they just threw it all together.It really wasn't that good
Came to have lunch in 4460, S. US, HWY 17-92, Cassalberry, FL 32707. Time 1:40. Feb 12, 2022.Starting from manager and other three employees are so rude, DID NOT give me service I'm medical needed person had to go inside to order an eat low blood sugar an manager ignored me completely I'm asking please assist me, after 15 min drive threw employee said really rude they weren't going to give me inside service to go threw drive when I really needed to get something to eat was feeling dizzy them still denied me service. Please train your staff better. Yes I called corporate and informed issue also. If you do not want to work, or work with customers you should get another job.
F this place. First they don't let you order or dine inside, and second they don't take cash anymore. Never going here again. They also never give you sauces even when they ask what sauce you want.
This location was amazing! Staff were attentive and polite. Excellent experience. I would definitely go back there again.
Website says they open at 7, placed my order online and paid ahead of time to show up at 9 and be told they don't open til 10. If your hours changed fine, but update the website so you don't waste people's time.
