Only myself and 2 co workers visited and it took them a while to get our food, zero service and I observed the Manager deal with a situation from a drive thru complaint and he handled it horribly and was sarcastic with the customer (older lady). Definitely will drive a bit further to go to another Taco Bell b4 stopping there again.
They rushed us to order and we were the only ones in the drive through at the time. The girl at the window had an attitude when I told her she gave me the wrong drink. And the manager was rude AF when I call to inform them I was missing some stuff from my order.
I usually don't write reviews, but when it's necessary, it just is. I will never waste my time, money, gas or energy ever again at this taco bell establishment. The drive through gave me the wrong order after all my efforts to get my grand children the correct tacos. I waited in line for 16 minutes and they still gave me the wrong order. I called and spoke to Christine, who told me to come back so that they could replace my order. However, the next day, I stopped by after my day ended and Miguel, the manager at the time, basically wanted me to go back to my daughter's house get the bag from the night before, drive back to their store, so that they could throw the old tacos into the trash, in order for him to replace my orders...he was even trying to charge me more money to get even half my order from the night before. Ny daughter told me that the food we did receive barely had any meat at all in them and my grand son could not eat the hard tacos because of a loose tooth. After his poor display of proper customer service or management skills, I told Miguel that I would be giving their corporate office a call, he was only too happy to tell me that they did not have a corporate office and that their establishment was franchised owned...wow!!...money wasted. Whoever the franchise owner or owners are, you should probably get your ship in order , its sinking... a team is only as good as the leadership they follow.
Poor staff behavior and location policy. Refusal to serve a delivery driver via the driver-thru, due to poor layout of store driver was unable to depart driver-thru line, staff mocking delivery driver, staff's choice to ignore drive once he did come inside lobby, no other customers were in line at the time. Order delivery driver was picking up was ready entire time.
Food isn’t bad for Taco Bell, that is, when they give you the food you ordered instead of someone else’s order. Is it really that hard to get the orders right. I mean, that’s what your job is take orders, make food, give food to paying customer.
After getting terrible service the night before. I called up at this Taco Bell explain to them my issue and what happened in the most calm and respectful way I could and when I did the manager Mr Miguel not only requested me to come up what was the kind of person the world offered to give me my food on top of extra as well giving me a drink that I did not order and more I'm absolutely shocked at the professionalism and respect in the management of the store I will definitely be returning as a regular and I retract my previous statement for them to go out of their way and to go by and helped me and returned what was owed to me was 100% amazing thank you we need more people like this!
Worst and waste of a taco bell. Every time I come here for breakfast no-one is here. Sign says we open at 8 so I play it safe and come at 830. NOONE is there. Not to mention in the past when I went for breakfast I pull up to the window and I am told they have no breakfast. WHY DO YOU HAVE A BIG SIGN THAT SAYS BREAKFAST. You come here in the evening your order is never right and sloppily made. Is there no-one managing their investment? If I want taco bell I literally will go passed this one and go to the one on the corner of University and semoran because this place is ridiculous.
It was average. The usual yummy stuff but (its getting to be a normal thing) did not give me the packets of mild sauce I requested. If they don't ask, and I don't request it or if I request it and they don't give it to me, i would maybe understand it. But when they ask, and you tell them your desired sauce, it shows on the screen and on the receipt and then you don't get it? --- thats what ticks me off. Just don't ask! This is across all Taco Bells- not just this location. Thus- these guys get the 4 star.
The got rid of some of the menu items the grilled cheese burrito is gone. Still everything was okay. Drive thru is kinda of tight on the side when come into where you pay at
They closed 30 minutes early today. Seen employees by the window when I drove by. Once I got into the drive thru to place my order, no one was available. I said hello a couple times but no response. Drove up to window and no one was inside.
