Arrived there before closing time . There was a customer in front of me finishing up his order . When it was my turn the barista said : “ sorry we’re closed “. I am like … “ aren’t you going to take my order ?- she is said :”no , we’re closed”….Shame on you Starbucks!!! ? That was rude , disrespectful and the worst experience . You don’t do that to a customer , especially knowing the customer was there waiting 10 minutes before closing time . Are you kidding me Starbucks ? , you charged a crazy amount $ for each cup of coffee and You couldn’t afford to pay 2 minutes overtime for your employees ? Shame on you !!??

Was amazing. First, we had no line. Second, the associate who took our order was friendly and helpful. Then they took payment and we were on our way. The cake pop and ice tea really hit the spot.
staff is nice but food closes 30 minutes before close? i am a partner at starbucks and i have never heard of that rule or standard, considering all you need to do at night is press the power button for the ovens. very confused as to how this is necessary or standard. also confused because close is advertised as 9pm.
Shame and crew are the best!! Had a big order through the drive thru, they were fast and super kind!! Easily the best coffee shop in the area
I had to do drive-thru no in-door eating.Drive- to thru line was a little long but we received fast service. Person at the window was great so pleasant ? I had the Tomato and Mozzarella on Focaccia and mom had Chicken and Turkey on brioche and they were delicious is full of flavored freshness and worth the wait. My only complaint, it should be bigger.
Stopped by on my bike. Store closed, only drive through open. Even online ordering was closed. As a manager or owner you either step up & go in to help on your day off to keep the place running or sell the store to a bigger franchisee that can pay their employees more to ensure the store is properly staffed.
I LOVE coming to this location!!!! Literally have never had anything but a positive experience here, the staff is SO friendly and I really appreciate the welcoming attitudes (especially when it's super early I know it's difficult). Love you guys <3
Just got my regular grande cup of hot water! The barista made it to perfection, and even drew me a picture!! 10/10 recommend coming here. They never mess up my hot water.
