Went to this location again today. As usual, the food and service were great. I didn't want drinks with my combos but the register doesn't allow for a price reduction. I was OK with that but the young man gave me cookies as compensation. I see many reviews complaining of rude employees. I come here 2-3 times a month and have dealt with many employees. I've never experienced any rudeness whatsoever. Quite the opposite.

One star for the experience today April 8, 2022We come here 3-4x a week especially because my little one love two of the employees who works here. But they were not here today, there’s this one employee i think her name is Emily a short Spanish woman with very thick accent who was a total b****. Never have we got charged for the sauces but today that woman gave me a horrible behavior saying they charge for sauces and I should have told her at the cashier. Can she not at least speak nicely instead of exerting so much arrogance? And then, we asked for water cups. First she gave us the cup with the orange stripes while saying she’s suppose to give us the plastic cup, then she asked her coworker for the plastic cup. We got waters but she was yelling accusing us of getting sodas “if you asked for water cups get water not STEAL sodas!” We are not soda drinkers due to health issues. I can pay for as much sodas if I want to! Steal a cup of soda? Is she for real? Plus, we got No utensils to top it all off! Never had this issue for 4 yrs we go here. We love the employees here except for this one.I called to talked to a manager but unfortunately the line was very bad and the call dropped. Didn’t bother calling back but rather put a review here. Attached is the “soda” she was so upset about.
Quick service, good food but a little pricey now.
Staff was A+++++ courteous and professional. Food was overpriced, overcooked, and underseasoned. Cajun fries tasted like wallpaper paste.
The worst service I have ever experienced. Not only can they not get an order correct they are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Popeyes needs to send their managers to Chick-fil-A to see what service is all about.
Zero stars! We spent 25mins inside waiting for our take out order. Tried to ask the manager what the issue was but he turned and walked away from me. I wouldn't return to this place if they gave away free food!!
I’ve been to this location multiple occasions & every single time my order has been wrong. I don’t understand how this is possible. It cannot be that hard to successfully complete one single order. I don’t know if this is intentional laziness or simply incompetents. I’m over wasting my money on this place. Today I received my order wrong as usual and when I corrected the server she brought me one of two things missing please hire people with brain cells. I understand almost everywhere is under staffed but you take someone order and they pay for it get it right.
??5 stars for reals, this here place gave me actual quality food, ? was well prepared and tasty. I am fat, or also referred to as thick, so I knows my food..trust me , you want good ?, stop here , you won’t scream cuz your order is wrong. Here they do it rite ? love dat chicken at Popeyes ?
I love Popeyes but when a customer is paying and you tell them they cannot choose their meat preference that is crazy. I was told I can only get white meat on a 2 piece chicken and biscuit. What if I don't eat white meat???? No courtesy at all. I paid my money I was begging. I've been to other popeyes that and was never told that. I rather not eat there again.
