Been coming here for a while and it's usually good. However, on occasion, there is usually something as an issue. Either they won't supply you the necessary utensils, or when you tell the drive through attendant to include the fortune for the kids, we don't receive any.On my latest trip, the one where I was given fortune cookies after I told them that it will be feeding 4 kids and 1 adult so I would be expecting 5 cookies, I received the family meal in a nice box. This box helped with transportation immensely, and it was packed neatly inside. Additionally, there would've been plenty of room for the 5 fortune cookies that was requested!Since this is an "overview" review of my many trips to this restaurant, I'll rate it a 4-star since we usually leave satisfied. I wish they went the extra mile and didn't forget the little things.
Young female manager is rude and never says anything to customers while receiving payment or handing food through drive thru. I believe she’s racist but that’s another topic for another day.
Solid Asian style food. I'm not a huge fan of this type of food but the orange chicken is delicious and the fried rice is good too. Portion sizes are generous and i don't think it's that expensive. Glad i gave it a shot. This specific one isn't anything special but the service was quick and staff was patient and attentive.
Tad bit disappointed. The pork fried rice has no pork and the rice is under cooked.
Food is good. Nothing wrong at all just a fast food version of Chinese. Staff was awesome and very patient while I phoned to find a replacement meal. Should be about 4.5 stars. The only issue I had was they do not have some of the entrees that are listed on the website.
Food is always good! I order ahead on the app and when I do that, the portions always seem smaller than if I were in store. But still good!
My daughter's favorite place to eat is Panda Express and loves their orange chicken. My daughter chose Panda Express for her sweet 16 birthday party, over 40 guests. Everything was perfect. Tom was great and made sure we had everything we needed and his customer service was above and beyond! Thank you!
Panda Express the best $10 spent. Enough to split it with somebody else! The honey shrimp was delicious! Tasty tasty tasty
Waited 35 minutes for an online order. Manager was rude and unapologetic. He said to go to the drive thru next time. Why offer online ordering then?! Food portions were not up to par and full of onions. My kids love Panda Express, but we will never visit this location again. It really has gone downhill.
I went on my lunch break, service was fast and food was good! Customer service was off the charts at the drive through. Tom was attentive and funny. I was indecisive and he was patient because of him ill be returning !!
