I ordered 4-piece chicken NcNuggets and a large Dr. Pepper. My total was $3.72. I handed the cashier a $20 bill with .72 cents in change. She hands me back change of $16.38. I told her that I gave her exact change. She takes the coins back and looks at me quizzically. I said, "you owe me $1." She was all flustered and took a minute to figure out what she did wrong. SO SAD! These employees can't do basic math! They can't even put what was handed to them into the computerized register correctly in order to give back correct change. These people are getting paid $13 an hour? Seriously? PATHETIC!! LEARN HOW TO COUNT! BASIC MATH! DUH!
I always frequent this location and have ALWAYS had some issue.Even through uber eats! This location literally gets the order wrong every single time. Never fails.Decided tonight I would give them another shot and ordered through the McDonald's app so my boyfriend could pick up food on the way home and they have accepted this before but this time they said I HAD to be there so they refused to give him the food. That's ridiculous and I'm never coming here again. I mean come on!
Complaint of manager candense that she doesn't have heart either think also the employee are slave because all she does is yell at them humiliating themThis give bad reputation to the franchise having manager like candense not been a people person an employee wanted to quit or not do their job with enjoyment. I'll be watching how this person treats employee especially the yelling and report it.This lady has a mean character that when she answers the phone you feel her bad energy.
Thank you for not having a long line just as I'm starving. My food was fresh and hot. Cheese surprisingly melted a bit. Cheer's and grace.
Nice clean facility, quick friendly customer service and the McDonald's food you expect.
Went with a bunch of friends and got some McFlurries. Staff was polite, courteous. We were seated for a very long time just talking and the staff didn't kick us out. Very hospitalable place - better than Nikki Beach, Miami
The only reason why i order from this McDonald’s because it’s literally down the street from where i am staying. i also order the iced caramel macchiato. every time i get it, it’s always something wrong with it. either it’s too strong, or not strong enough. the last time i ordered one from here i saw the woman making it, she put a ton of creamer in it, a small ounce of coffee, a little caramel and that was it. i threw it out as soon as i left. i didn’t dare go back and ask for another one. i won’t order nothing else from this restaurant. i have had it up to here with them. also they need to come re train their employees.
Went for breakfast and almost lunch time but still got great friendly service and got fresh food not like it's been sitting there all Am.
Places like McDonalds should reevaluate their business model. This McDonalds is like every other McDonalds I’ve experienced. The workers are underpaid , the restaurant is cleanish, and the food is affordable and lacks nutritional value when factoring in excess processing, sodium, sugar, etc.
This McDonald's was clean and sanitize. The workers all wore mask. The staff was helpful and pleasant. Food was great and nicely done. ( Not messy ! ) This McDonald's is a 10 Star establishment.. I'll be back......?
