You should never have to wait 30+ minutes for a couple of easy subs (2 hooks & a BTR). This location used to be pretty good, but today’s crew just couldn’t get it together. The 4-person crew delivered about 7 subs to customers in the 30 mins we waited (no pickup/online orders prepared), to people who were also complaining about the wait - less than a dozen customers in there. We had to leave due to an upcoming appointment that we were almost late to due to waiting. When I complained at the 30 minute mark, I was advised it would be another 5 minutes until they were ready, so we had to leave rather than get our subs. I could’ve walked to Publix, bought all the items fresh cut from their deli, made the subs for them & drove home in that excessively long window. They’d better pick up the pace or they aren’t going to remain open - I won’t be using this location again!

Ok. I’m not someone who likes to make accusations without evidence, but i will never eat or refer anytime to a Firehouse subs place. This was my first and last time. I’m not expecting five star service because it’s a sandwich shop. Two guys were working and one of them made a noise and said ohhhhh. One handed me my subs with a smirky attitude and said here’s your order Sir with a suspicious and sarcastic attitude, while biting his lip fighting back a grin. Did they drop one of my subs and pick it up? Makes me wonder if they did something else? I feel embarrassed for this place and feel like I should have watched them make my sandwiches to insure nothing like this happened. Like I said, I can’t prove it or even know if there’s a way to look. I’ve never, ever had a feeling like someone messed with my food like I did here. I’m not eating either of these and will take the loss. I hope that didn’t happen, but shouldn’t have to babysit to make sure. I am also not trying to cause any problems, but my gut instinct says not to eat them and I’m going with that. I’ll chalk it up to a loss.

I just tried to place and order over the phone and pay for it so I could have a family member pick it up for me since I am sick and unable to leave home. I called the store and their response was to order through uber eats or door dash because they were “busy”. I let them know I already had someone who could pick it up for me. ( I just wanted to save my family member some time since they were nice enough to want to bring me food) I could hear a gentleman in the background telling the girl on the phone with me to tell me they were “busy”. She did then hung up the phone. Terrible customer service, they didnt even offer to put me on hold for a few moments to take my order. Ive never encountered a place where they didnt care about actually selling food and doing their job to keep the business running. Thank you Firehouse Casselberry for doing your job!

Ordered a tuna sandwich and got a sad amount of tuna between two pieces of bread with absolutely nothing else. The order was placed online with their app and the only modification was extra cheese (which is not present, along with any other toppings).It also took them well over 20 minutes to make the two sandwiches in my order, and the place was dead empty when I walked in.This is the second location that has basically stolen my money; I'd suggest just avoiding the whole franchise at this point.

Place has gone to trash. I was in there last month to pick up an order, while waiting, there were several people who returned and complained about getting their subs made incorrectly. We got ours and my NY Steamer was incorrect, it was some sort or turkey or something, I had them make me a 2nd one, that one was also incorrect. They couldnt follow directions or make a correct sub if their life depended on it. I know 2 of my subs were thrown away, watched several other subs get tossed, more subs got thrown away then eaten. I placed a complaint on their website and never got a response or anything. I will not be returning to this location ever again and I have also let others know how they have gone downhill. I wouldnt waste you time or money on this place. Go grab a pub sub, you will get more bang for your buck and it will be made correctly and taste great!

Would like to not give this place a star rating at all.I’ve been waiting over an hour for two subs, one sub they said was not on the menu. Then proceeded to charge me extra for a Turkey sub with extra meat, when finally receiving the sub it was made completely wrong. Two other customers had come in due to their subs not being made correctly, then took forever to make the adjustments. Highly understaffed, the staff is not well trained in the Company terminology as far as food goes.

Worst experience ever. My husband & I came into the store around 445pm on Saturday afternoon (we were the only patrons there) to split a large NY Steamer with sides of Mac n Cheese & a cup of Chicken Noodle soup. We ordered to-go but were very disappointed with our $22 food order once we got it home. The roast beef on the sandwich was discolored (very dark brown, not pink & did not appear to be corned beef brisket), sliced very thick & was chewy (more like raw-hide), and after removing the beef there was only enough pastrami left for us to eat about a third of the whole sandwich. Had to wait a few extra minutes while they warmed up our Mac n Cheese (so they said), but found it was still frozen in the container when we went to eat it! My husband did not like the taste of his soup either, which was handed to him at a luke-warm temperature. We have eaten at many local Firehouse Subs and never had a bad experience, but we will not be returning to this location again.

I ordered online for pickup and the order was supposed to be ready at 1:35, I got there at 2:15 and only one sub was ready. I let them know I was waiting on another sub, another 25 min went by and still no second sub. There were at max 2 other people waiting beside me. This is not the first time I have had to wait an excessively long time at this location.

What a crew of flunkies, everyone working here....please do the world a solid and don't reproduce. I can't believe this level of pure incompetence can even exist. You are making simple sandwiches, how can you be such half wits?

My good friend came to this store today .he is a regular .he complained and said there was two employees a young black man and black women with a blue mask on. The sandwich was stale and he was disappointed.he asked for a refund .and the young man went to the back twice and it took the lady 30 mins to come back. She was cussing on the phone talking about another employee.i feel that is inappropriate when you have customers come in . .please fix this situation because he was really disappointed only person was nice to him was a short new employee .she told the guy that the general manger was on vacation for 3 days but he wasn’t taking no for answer and then all of a sudden general manger pop up and she was nice when she came in .but she was disrespectful sorry to write this complaint but this is unacceptable
