Every Dunkin location, this one in particular, does what I find the most irritating….PLEASE STOP THROWING DONUTS IN A PAPER BAG AND ALL OF THE FROSTING COMES OFF AND SITS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG!!! Even when it isn’t busy this happens to me! Why pay for donuts from you all and half of it is stuck to the bottom of the bag?? as long as this company has been around just design some sort of packaging to place them in without throwing it.
This is the most moronic store I’ve been to in a while. I walked in, got to see the donuts, was standing at the counter…and then told they’re closed for walk in customers……I have to get back in my truck and drive around into the tiny little drive through built for golf carts. Yeah, I’ll go to Burger King.Edit: And that’s exactly what I did. Mmmmmm BURGER KING!!
The people in there won’t open the doors. They won’t put a sign on explaining this either. Then they’ll open the doors for some people and then act like they don’t speak to other people.This is one of the worst Dunkin locations in Orlando.
Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 cause there's no 0! How are you only doing online orders and uber. So I can't order when I walk in that's ridiculous. So you want me to wait in your drive through that takes way to long I've timed 10 minutes to wait to get my order taken at the speaker for doughnuts lol. This foodie is not wasting time there ever again.
I've never seen any other coffee shop close in the middle of the day especially during breakfast hours because they claim to not have enough workers in the store and only have the drive-thru open. This is the second Dunkin Donuts location I have visited over the last three months and two of them have done the exact same thing. Meanwhile the employee that told me the inside was closed because lack of employees was outside smoking a cigarette. Perhaps if she was inside working and not outside smoking a cigarette they would have more workers in the building. I pull a trailer behind my truck so I can't use the drive-thru at most of these locations. So anyone who has to go inside will just have to go somewhere else.
If I could give this location ZERO stars I would.Does not matter what time of day or day of the week the past THREE MONTHS I have to sit and wait 20 minutes at the drive through window for a SINGLE cup of coffee. After having waited 10 minutes to get to the window.With NO customers inside the store.I don't even attempt to purchase food from this location. Too many times of being out of glazed donuts by 10am. No breakfast items by 9am. Glazed donut holes have NO glaze at all. Just dried up fried dough.It's obvious the franchisee doesn't care about the business. Staff are awesome but the store is NOT worth the stop.

First time at this particular Dunkin location about a month ago and was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I was greeted with a smile by Brianna, the young lady who took my order. Her attitude was welcoming and nice. Hope to find the same when I go back again.
Unprofessional. Can't even say good morning. No team work at all. Long wait time yo receive food.
Extremely good customer service and doughnuts always tasted fresh! Visited to a hard working lady that served me with politeness along with working so hard and multitasking. I did not have to wait long at all for my food during peak hours. Also doordashed from this location and the doughnuts were super fluffy and fresh. I could tell people at this job take their job seriously. It's unfortunate that all customers couldn't agree with me .
