Great coffee, good breakfast sandwiches. Conveniently located. Fast window service when you are in a rush.
I went here as my last still during my long trip to work by bus & on foot. When I finally got there it turns out the inside was closed & only drive thru orders were being taken.I was very hungry & thinking about what to get all through my 2-hour commute, so I said you know what I'm just going to get in line on foot after the next car.Most places will not allow anyone to come to the window on foot, but this place did & she was very polite. She took my order & served me a hot sandwich with kindness.
I placed an order this morning through the app to be picked up in the drive thru. When I got there the line was long so I figured I'd just go inside, but the doors were locked. I waited about 15 minutes in the line. There was only one person working, which explained the wait. She was very nice, but she only gave me 11 of the 12 donuts I ordered. Do better Dunkin, you clearly aren't paying people enough if you can't fully staff your restaurant. I only had a card on me, if I'd had any cash I would have left her a tip for running everything alone.
This is a hit or miss location. Every time I order here the drinks taste different. I got an iced vanilla latte that just tasted like cold sugary milk and no coffee. I’d rather go to Starbucks now.
There was only one employee working (male). I placed a Mobile order to pick up via drive thru. I pulled up & told the employee @ the speaker of my mobile order. I wasn't able to hear his response clearly, so I drove to the window. He was rude, stating I told you to just drive around but you kept telling me you have a mobile order. He then handed me the coffee & slammed the window in my face. My coffee was very cold, so I tried getting his attention by blowing my horn & saying sir, but he walked away playing with his cell phone. I kept blowing, but he was ignoring me. I then opened my car door & opened the drive thru window, to tell him about my cold coffee. He yelled @ me saying I am being recorded & he will call the police. I yelled back @ him saying how unprofessional he is acting. He slammed the window again & locked it. I backed into a parking spot, called support, when the police arrived. The officer felt how cold my coffee was & agreed it was cold. This employee should not be a representation of Dunkin Donuts. I have NEVER received this kind of treatment from Dunkin, until today! He should be FIRED!!
Discovered the doors locked and only the drive through open at this location, so my granddaughter was disappointed at not being able to peruse the shelves of donuts to make her selection. The donuts were very fresh and my coffee cake muffin was deliciosly moist.

This is definitely my favorite Dunkin location! The morning staff is always super friendly & the service is very fast. Everything I order always tastes great as well.
Used to be a good location until the entire staff changed. Go to the Howell branch location instead. All the new employees here are rude.
Would leave zero stars if possible. The staff here specifically the ones in the drive through are incredibly rude, management was also completely unprofessional so it’s easy to understand why the employees under them behave in the same manner. There was also a roach crawling around. Will not return
