Food is pretty good, nothing amazing, but it's a fast food burger place. Everything tasted as expected and the prices weren't outrageous. Their concretes are unique and delicious. Kids meals are a pretty good deal especially since they include a free ice cream from the coupon on the bag. One suggestion would be to add hot dogs in buns in addition to or in place of corn dogs for kids. Regarding their establishment, this is how a fast food restaurant should be run! All employees are attentive, polite and industrious. I was super impressed and actually want to come back because I feel good eating there. I have never had that feeling at a fast food place before. Tables are clean. The restaurant is clean. There is always someone available to take your order. If a line forms it is dispatched quickly. The manager is walking around and checking on things. The boy who took our order was extremely nice and helpful and patient. Bathrooms are clean. There's even a really nice outdoor eating area, which unfortunately is probably only used half of the year in Florida because it's so hot. Why the hell can't other fast food restaurants in Florida operate like this one?! Whoever the owner and managers are, let me just say you are doing a fantastic job! I will definitely be coming back to this location specifically.
Great burgers! I ordered the mushroom & swiss combo and added bacon. Delicious!!Fries were perfect & so were the cheese curds!!Kid at the register could use a lesson on how to smile but the rest of the employees were all very friendly!
It was my first Culver's experience. The chicken was a big piece of grilled chicken breast. The onion rings were crispy and not greasy. The milk shake was thick and creamy. My husband's chicken was spicy and also not greasy. His fries were crispy too. Overall it was a tasty experience. Worth going back for another meal. Prices were reasonable especially for the amount of food served. Try it. You'll enjoy a really good meal. They also have hamburgers.
Ever since they opened they get orders wrong every time. When I called the manager tonight, Sean, he was so terribly rude to me regarding my order being wrong twice when I was there. He basically hung up on me and said that he cannot help me in anyway and what was he supposed to do to actually help me. Completely incompetent people work here all the time. And the management does not care.

I has the crispy chicken sandwich and it was great. I ordered a corn dog kids meal for my daughter and was asked if I wanted the custard for her. This is the first location that has ever asked me that. I did not know that the custard comes with the kids meal. The other location that I frequent never once asked if I wanted the custard with the kids meal. The staff at this location was super friendly.
I’ve never dined in before and my youngest and i were wanting lunch. So we decided, why not. We’re greeted by Dakota who was soooo sweet! Ryan, the manager was behind the counter assisting Dakota with any questions i had.We head to dining room and eat. Ryan stopped by periodically to check on us. He cleared our trays and brought us our previously bought custards. He honestly was a refreshing piece in the hospitality world. I’ve been working in hospitality for almost 20 years, and he was every experience that us old timers were taught to give. He was absolutely amazing and informative. I didn’t even know about the 10 coupon kids meal deal. Either way! Thank you Ryan and Dakota! Y’all are awesome!!!
Without really needing to say, food is delicious. However, what made my experience an all around amazing and memorable, is the customer service. ALL of the staff was courteous and quite delightful. They have won a ton of awards of excellent and they are deserving of these. ???
Everything always tastes like it was just freshly made. Amazing burgers with quality toppings. Custard and milk shakes are also top notch. Excellent customer service. ?
This location is not representative of the way a Culver's butter burger is supposed to be. The patties are dry And fairly bland. I have been to other locations where the burgers are outstanding. I think the employees need to go back and watch the training video on how to properly prepare a Culver's butter Burger.
