This place is very good first time trying it and I was very impressed, very friendly staff and very decent food, the bowls are very delicious the rice the bean the green sauce, only thing I don’t like was the plant based meat has a very weird after taste, the poco the gallo is very basic and bland, the guacamole is very good and tasty. The cheese dip was horrible synthetic cheese bland and very bad quality, the chips are very oily and not good at all, I’ll be back but I won’t get the thing I didn’t like again, I would recommend this place is you like healthy bowl the others things I don’t recommend at all, to me not original Mexican food!
This Chipotle used to be superior. I would come here two to three times a week. Now I don’t recognize anyone and the amazing manager (redhead/blond younger man) is no longer here. Today I came a few minutes before opening, waited in my car, and finally went up to the door. Still locked. Finally an employee coming in had to bang on the glass and I was let in. As I went to order, I was told it would be a few minutes as they “were running really behind.” There was no rice ready, no meat ready, no fajitas ready. Six employees all standing there looking at each other. It was complete chaos. I left with half of the ingredients I wanted and didn’t get so much as an apology. Won’t be coming back to this one again.
I tried calling to resolve to get an automated message saying the restaurant team can’t answer so they “can cook up more burritos”. I was told to respond using a link in my confirmation email (none has ever come). This is absolutely ridiculous. WHY do you think it’s ok to put next to no food in orders when it’s pick up? In person you would never pull this. I ordered extra rice and extra meat and THIS is what y’all think is EXTRA?! This tiny bowl cost me $12?! Strike 3. You’re out.
This Chipotle is awful and it all has to do with management. It’s obvious management does not care about any sort of customer service. There is 0 hustle or care displayed by the workers or supervisors. Multiple employees stand talking to each other about what they’re not doing instead of helping the massive lines that form. Instead of making more rice or peppers or salsa as groups of people keep coming in the door, everyone is expected to accept that not one employee can be bothered to cook anything after 9pm (an hour before closing). Instead 3 employees are cleaning the fridge and chairs are already put up - an obvious way of showing everyone “we don’t care what you want, we’re just trying to get out of here when we close at 10.” The first words you hear when you finally get up to order are “did you hear all the things we don’t have?” - said with just enough hope that maybe after waiting 20 minutes to order, you’ll just leave because they aren’t going to waste the energy it takes to restock. It’s clear management thinks this Chipotle make enough money without bothering to care about the quality of the product. And the sad fact is it’s probably true. People will return because chipotle is life and continue to deal with the same problems each time: no food, no hustle, no care. Ps- don’t think you can get around this horrible service by ordering online. You’ll wait almost an hour without anyone addressing you or your order. TL;DR- Awful chipotle. Awful portions. Awful service.
My wife came here tonight and got the worst service she's had since coming here. She was told that they had to make rice and it would take a couple of minutes. 20 minutes later she's still standing there waiting and the rice is just sitting over at the prep station while nobody is grabbing it to serve her. This used to be a good Chipotle to come to but its really gone down. Their always out of something and take for ever to serve. And it's not like their short staffed cause there's a bunch of workers. Their just standing around not wanting to work....
On this day chipotle was incredible. Hear me out. This is 5 starts from me waiting for white rice to be cooked that took an extra 10-15mins. Something told me to wait. Good thing I did. The rice was super fresh and everything else. They say good things come to for those who wait. It was on point!
Food is good. I actually like that the hot sauce is hotter than other locations. The size of the store and how they handle pickup orders is an issue. I arrived late since my wife ordered from the wrong location. They did not place the food in the pickup area where I could self-serve and go. They were busy making other meals before O noticed that they have a line of completed meals on a self over the prep area. So after a bit I was able to ask for my order. At the Red Bug/Tuskawilla location the good is easy to grab and go.
I ordered thru Uber eats and Chipofle is so disorganized that they gave my order to 3 different people and when my uber driver went there to pick up mh food, chipotle refused to make my order even with calling personally to let them know that my driver was there they were very disrespectful and told me that my order wasnt in the system and they werent gonna make it. Of course is not in the system you gave it to other uber drivers. Honestly such a bad expirience. Wont be eating from chipotle again. Hope the fire everyone on that store. Bunch of Idiots
I went a week or two ago, I think they're severely understaffed. I had a 30+ minute wait to pick up my online order (past the scheduled time, not from when I ordered). Also they had issues with their card machine while I was waiting, which didn't affect me but did make them have to turn away the people waiting in line to order at the counter. Food was really good though, the employees who are there are doing a great job on preparing and filling the orders they can get to. So that get 1 extra star for their employees doing their best with a bad situation.
I love Chipotle BUT.... this is the worst Chipotle Location I have ever been to (Fern Park Location: 103 SR-436).They are constantly out of their ingredients and for some reason I was even charged for Guac once when they didn't have it. I was told that "there is nothing they can do about it". They don't even give you a heads up or tell you that they're out of food items before you start your order so you end up with nothing in your bowl (if you get a burrito bowl). Don't bother asking for extra of another food item to replace a missing one because they won't accommodate in that way either. Sucks because this location is so convenient for me, I hope that they get their act together.
