Waited 15 minutes at the drive-thru for someone to take my order nothing. Would have left after 5 minutes but I was curious on how long it was going to take. As I drove through the drive-thru I looked into the store and the guy was standing behind the counter having a drink and playing on his phone. This is without a doubt one of the worst run Burger King's I have ever seen.

Workers don't want to be there per their negative attitudes! The female manager assumed that I spoke Spanish and she's rude too! The tall black guy was not taught customer skills so he sucks of course! The Hispanic youngster looks like he needed to doo foo and again rude and uncaring! Ugly horrible faces too! If I could give zero stars I would!

This place is a HOT MESS!! , drive through not working and manger short dark skin chic is very rude . I really hope the owners see these reviews. Customer Service is everything and this spot sure doesn’t not offer it. Never Ever going back . I prefer the one near Goldenrode where sams is now these employees are very nice and always exceeds my expectations

Went there this morning to get my son a nice breakfast since it's test day at his school and took a bit and my meat is so hard and old looking I crab my son sandwich his was like that to so he didn't get to eat a good meal they had me late cause it took forever to I tried to call the store to informed them about it that I wanted a refund the number is invalid you can't call them even on the support site they address don't pull up they need to just close this Burger King they only have two workers they everytime and they always having the orange cone at the drive thru meaning they are closed I go to burger king only because of the good coupons but want be going back to this one and

I always avoid this location and go to the one on Willa RD if I can. If you use the drive thru they take like 10 minutes to speak to you, then another 15 to actually give you your food. That's if there's no one in front of you. If you go in (that's if the doors aren't locked, even if you go at like 5 pm) they most likely won't acknowledge your existence for at least 20 minutes. Then when you finally get the food, it's either wrong, you're missing something, or it's low quality. Not to mention the rude and short attitudes of the employees. Just an overall bad experience.

My mornings are not complete with out the service of Melitza. Everytime, without fail, she always delivers with a smile. Her charming personality and ability to recognize my voice and order are the icing to the cake. She is the definition of a modeled employee and every purchase is always better with a smile. Thank you so much for your service. The food is amazing with your charm behind it!

I ordered a Bacon King, and I never saw any bacon...and just one piece of meat

This place is usually slow, especially the drive through, but today was horrible. Sat in the drive through with only 3 cars. Mind you I was the 3rd car. 15 minutes later, I get to the ordering speaker, and wait another 5 minutes for someone to say anything. Only to see, the menu had switched to lunch during that 20 minute wait. The fact English is a second language here l, just makes it worse.

I had coupon deal of the 10 pc nuggets with the fries. They gave me 7pcs. At the drive thru she kept on taking orders while I was still waiting to ask for dressings.

This Burger King still can't get orders correct. Paid for extra tomato on my sandwich - got only one tiny slice and the sandwich usually comes with two! Bun was stale, too.
