Ordered over $100 worth of food because my boyfriend and I had family staying in town and we all (usually) love Buffalo Wild Wings. Half of that order was traditional wings tossed in spicy garlic sauce. I can tell these wings were tossed in at least a tiny amount of sauce because they’re stained, but they might as well have been dry rubbed because they were dry as the Sahara and it tasted like eating plain wings. This is not the first time this has happened at this location either- it’s really annoying when spending so much money on a meal and having to feel like you’re gambling as to whether or not the food is going to be what you’re expecting.
Nice restaurant. Sat in outdoor seating area. Can be a bit loud due to traffic noise. Had some really good crispy fries. Service was excellent.
Below details my first experience with a Buffalo Wild Wings…So I had never been to BWW before and always see great commercials so I decided to bring my family for lunch.Upon entering, the entrance is typical of a bar chain but slightly resembled a children’s pizza attraction.The seating is spread out which is wonderful but the seats are destroyed.The paint on the walls is beat up and peeling. Crayon or marker decorated the back of the booths adding an interesting purple and red hue to the seating.The waitress was kind but unhelpful.She spent more time bundled up with with her coworkers behind the computer than serving anyone. At any given time I could look up and see three employees drinking and conversing.The appetizer was brought warm at best. Mozzarella sticks quite literally felt like rubber to chew on. These are absolutely pulled out of a box in the freezer.Boneless wings came hot but far over cooked; all breading and very little chicken.Also incredibly salty.Ordered multiple entrees all to which appeared to be sitting quite some time before landing at our table.Food was delivered without silverware.Took almost 6 min to make eye contact with waiter and Ask for silverware.Food was alright at best. Service was helpful at best. Location was truly unenjoyable to sit in. I really looked across the table and asked my family if all of the BWWs looked like this.Support a small business before coming here for food. You’ll be better off.
The server was excellent and really attentive.The atmosphere was good. I had the cauliflower wings, and they were cooked perfect . I'll be visiting again on the BOGO night.
My order was ordered an hour in a minute previous to me arriving at 5:08 the pickup time was 5:10 I was there until 5:40. Then one of the order takers told me I couldn't stand where I was standing because it was too many people I was the only one he asked to move the black man I continue to observe people standing there that were all Caucasian for 15 to 20 minutes and he said nothing to them I am going to sue for racial discrimination his name was Aaron and the cashier's name was Katie who lied to me and told me they were bagging it up for 20 minutes
Overall its a nice place to eat if your out late and craving bar food after 9pm. That's when we go sometimes. Inside the decor is a bit "used" from the booth to the walls but its never dirty or a mess. The staff is friendly, the menu is a good size and prices are on par for a bar/pub. The wings are good with over 20 flavors too choose from. Though for a wing place i find their burgers are a bit better. Not so much in the quality vs the wings but that you have more elevated options like brisket burgers and different versions of fatty loving combos we come to expect from bar food. Its the reason im recommending it as a late night option when your just in the mood.
I ordered to-go on 1-25-2022, and I must say, the girl running the to-go was OUTSTANDING (Chantell I believe). Her customer service was amazing. I saw her handle problem orders (mine) well, disgruntled food delivery drivers who were mean to her that the food wasn't ready, run the register, greet people, and handle that godawful ring tone with the biggest smile. Her multi-tasking was incredible and I hope her bosses recognize whoever that amazing employee was.
The service was beyond slow and they weren’t even busy. My friends fries came out cold and gross. I’ve been a waitress before and the service was not the best. My wings was good though. Oh and they’re expensive for no reason
Came to see the football playoffs! George greeted us with a smile and took our order. He brought a drink refill without me asking… he was great!!!! If you go to this restaurant…. Ask for George!!!!!!
