I used to really like this Arby's when they had the 2 till 5 happy hour, which seems they don't have anymore. I also love the Ghirardelli shake there, tried to get a medium one time, got a small cup!! I also went again to order the new wagyu burger, which was decent, but once again got a small cup charged medium price. I contacted Arby's twice, never wrote me back. What a huge disappointment. Probably won't go again.
Worst Arby's ever went to went inside because drive through was out to street ordered waygu deluxe burger no red onions she rang up a double no red onions after a 25 min wait I got my order and took it to go got home I had a double deluxe burger that was just the bun 2 Patty's and cheese no lettuce no tomato no sauce and the fries were bad from sitting in the bag for 25 min waiting for my dry burger I won't ever go back to the Casselberry location on 436
Genuinely one of the most unpleasant drive-thru experiences I've ever had. I go out of my way to be mannerly with restaurant employees, and when I pulled into the Drive-Thru, the woman working said "welcome to Arbys, order when ready" in a derogatory tone. I asked her if I could have one moment to look at the menu, to which she repeatedly said (roughly 7-8 times very sarcastically and condescendingly) "take all the time in the world, ill just sit waiting here forever" and similar rude remarks of this manner. When I asked if she was talking to me, she said "Yes???" and when I asked what her problem was, she said "You". I told her to seek help and drove right next-door to burger king, and got the exact same order I planned on making here without any hassle.Lighten up lady, its really not that hard to be a decent person. Not everyone in this world is out to get you. I hope you can figure yourself out.
Pretty terrible experience. Started with ordering the food, the girl was extremely rude and barely gave us 15 seconds to order before repeatedly saying "take all the time you want, we're open till midnight" to the pint she was talking over me trying to order and saying I'm holding up the line when there was no one behind me. Once we finally get to the window she took my payment, gave mybcard back and walked to the back. I sat for a good 8 minutes waiting for her to come back and the entire time the food was right by the window. 2 other people walked by the window, looked at the bag, looked at us. Then walked away. This is the only time I've ever had an experience like this at an arbys.
Friendly, fast service even though they were busy. Food was hot and fresh.
The 1463 Semoram boulevard was the worst Arby been I have been coming there for 15 years but for some reason today at 5:21 Thursday February 24th I'm not sure if there's new management or they don't care we walked in I ordered a Ruben the meat was dark like it was rotten they couldn't care less about it I finally went and got to talk to someone they made another one and that one was like beef jerky the bathroom was filthy I had to clean my own table because it was dirty so I threw all my food in the trash wasting my time wasting my money I know this is a fast food restaurant but my gosh you should have some kind of priority and pride in what you do and apparently this store indthat crew does not . not a happy camper and I will not be back to that store
Ordered mobile. Had to come inside and wait because it was to big..... Then food sat there. Lady to busy talking then walks away. Then another employee comes and hands it to us ..... Like it sat there and could have been given to us 10minutes ago. Really
Food is fine. I actually don't care as much for the roast beef that Arby's is known for. Thier wraps and chicken sandwiches are better.They're not the easiest place to order from. Definitely check your food before leaving to make sure you got everything; 2 of my last 3 orders have been missing things. Mostly it's small stuff like sauces. I usually order using the phone app to avoid miscommunication, but it doesn't seem to help much. Speaking of the app, it works but you can't save a credit card like every other app, so you have to punch it in every time you order. Weird and inconvenient.
Man, for my opinion thaey has a good taste but right now I'm mad cuz today I was be at the 9:50!!! And they don't wanna sell me nothing, ame the restaurant close AT THE 11 PM!!, no complaints about the food but the workers are disgusting and do not want to attend even during service hours, so bad experience, I'm not going to Arby's again.
Arby's is one of our favorite! The fried chicken sandwich is the bomb! The roast beef sandwich tasty but need to put a little bit more i roast beef in it! Tasty tasty tasty
