We decided to try Applebee's for the first time with their kid's night promotions since we didn't really have dinner planned and the kids wanted to go out, so it was perfect timing. Although I forgot to take pictures, the food looked good, and the service was quick.Kid's night was on a Tuesday, and the restaurant wasn't full, but it had a comfortable and casual atmosphere to it. My bacon grilled chicken sandwich was great, and the kids enjoyed their alfredo and cheeseburgers without any complaints.

We’re in 11 on a Saturday night to a mostly empty lounge with 4 or 5 people already served at the bar. (See picture)The bus boy tells us that we can sit down and he can get us a water but no one can be with us for 15 minutes to a half an hour because they’re too busy. OK, I walk up to the bar to at least get my wife and I a couple beers while we wait. The bartender tells me, as he’s washing glasses, that he’s going to be the one helping us and he’s too busy to give me a beer right now I’ll need to sit down for 10 to 15 minutes so he can get himself together. He’ll come over to the table when he’s ready….For real? This is what service has come to? What kind of lame management fosters this weak attitude?
Todays visit was only to the bar...(omg, Diz going to drink?!!) Well this was inspired by trying out a Mai Tai drink...however was told they did not have all the ingredients...so opted for Bahama Mama...and it was 2 for 1 special!!
It took 30 mins for the food to come to the table then another 10 minutes for them to give us the knives and forks. The crazy that the restaurant looked empty.Then waitress was nice but it was so hard to see her coming to our table for our simply request. For example, she said she would refill my water. I waited 20 minutes and it was not refilled. Until I reminded her I wanted the water with the bill, then I got 2 cups of Togo water (I appreciated that but I only needed my water to be refilled and didn't want to used harm the environment).I gave 3 starts for the food and the waitress kindness. It was good. The brownie bite is super delicious. The ribs are good too.
I've had so many bad experiences in this location staff is a hit or miss... My orders are always missing something and to top it off the prices are out of this world half rack of ribs and some mashed potatoes $19 like you're a rib house serving the top premium cow I do not understand
I had Tracy P as my waitress and she did an amazing job. There were 7 of us with many different needs and Tracy made sure that we were all accommodated for. The manager was also very welcoming and friendly. The food was great along with fast service. Thank you guys!!
Never ended up eating here because they couldn't seat us due to staffing issues. The place was empty, we sat at the bar and paid $5 for a draft beer. Never was offered a menu. I went to bathroom and it was so disgusting, no toilet paper, sticky floor and no hand soap. Paid bill and got the hell out of there.
Not the biggest fan of this place; but our bar tender/server was friendly and attentive. Food was decent ngl
A bit of a wait since there seemed to be a hold up in the kitchen but staff did their best and got us seated eventually and our food in a timely fashion, i really came for the seasonal drinks which were delicious ?
