When they get it right, this is five star food. Problem is they often miss by over seasoning the wings. When they go easy on seasoning, you can expect excellent flavor. However without fail they usually souse at least one batch of wings in sauce and it is jarring. The fries are pretty much always good and the tenders are the star of the show.The rolls... whew... when they are actually fresh with a healthy amount of butter on them they are fantastic. Unfortunately they frequently taste like day old bread and rarely have more than a light brush of butter.I was tempted to give them three stars but we routinely order from them still since we really do like their offerings more often than not. Could be a five star wing joint with some adjustments.
Place is decent. Not so busy, feeling empty on the inside. Wait time is definitely not that long. Wings always come out like a bomb. Blew me away with flavors, better with ranch. I can eat it every day. Period.
Tried boneless wings of different flavors. The fries were soggy and smelled of old oil. The chicken in itself wasn't dry. Sadly that was the only plus. I don't mind spicy food, but it wasn't spicy in a good way. We could only taste pepper. The pepper overpowered any other flavor that might've have been there.
Great value! Great wings! I like the fries and the many drink options. Service is pretty fast and nice here. I'm not a big fan of sporty decorations though.
I'm willing to bet any amount of money , all the people that left cry baby reviews are still regular customers here ... There is no better wing place in Lee County or even SW Florida in general. The food is so fresh and tasty and they actually give decent size boneless wings compared to competitors . More for your money . I hope they put my review on top because I can't begin to believe this place could have under a 4 star rating . The staff has always been awesome here , not one complaint. The food is insanely delicious . Highly recommend the fried Cajun Corn as a side . See you again very soon ?????
I'm not even going to look to see why this place has a little rating. But man people must be crazy. We got the Louisiana and the original, now the Louisiana is very very good but the original is definitely the best boneless wings I ever had in my life. I literally can't wait to come back again. We are still eating in the parking lot so if you can see the time when I post I would like to thank all the employees here at this time for being so nice and so prompt. This place is definitely a hidden gem
Ordered 6 orders of boneless thighs got less meat than a 20 piece chicken nuggets. Most were only a sauced piece of breading. Spent over 60 dollars for what I consider $15 worth of food. Will never order from there again.
I haven't tasted the food yet but the customer service was excellent! The young person behind the register was so friendly and answered all my questions! Wish I would have gotten their name, it was a skinny young male, fluffy hair (like a fro), just after 6pm Tuesday Jan 4th! Had to make sure I gave a review so that hopefully he gets some kind of recognition!
First time I ordered, I got it delivered, they missed half the order. Manager Mark told me the next order would be free if I called it in.Second order: I duplicated the first order and added additional things as I had friends over. I insisted on paying the difference. It was an hour late and they charged me for the full amount.I waited months to order again. Placed a third order after already paying much more than I received as I figured maybe they have things figured out. Received nothing. I contacted the store and received “sorry sir, there is nothing we can do.” I contacted door dash and they explained it is the restaurants responsibility.I was a huge fan of this place until they opened a location five minutes from my house. I will never order from this place again. There is no accountability. I wish I could give them zero stars, but the food is good.
Much improved over the initial opening. Consistency in food temperature and quality has dramatically improved. Good value. Far more affordable than the breast meat wing place. Now serving thighs for lovers of dark meat.
