They were really busy and it was late but they still got my fairly large order correct. They are very consistent and I have never had a problem with my food from them. o but I didn't get my sauce for my chicken nuggets ? though. Lucky I have sauces at home and wasn't trying to eat in the car.

Wrong order...waited 20 MINUTES and the lobby was Empty....ordered frostys and by the time my order was ready they had completely melted. Very disappointing....

Waited 40 mins in the drive thru for our order to be completely incorrect, then we were denied a refund. No way were we driving back to wait another 40 mins for them to remake it. I’ll just contact corporate. Fries were cold and soggy and only a half portion. Not the first time they’ve ignored our order requests entirely.

Free wifi was was very nice convenience, and it's the original reason why I stopped in. I also order some burgers and they wereWe're satisfactory!

Waited 20mins in the drive thru, didn't even get a chance to order yet, a worker comes out and tells me "the car Infront of you is the last one to order, because we are closed now" (he hasn't ordered anything yet either but yet he still gets to order but I can't?)I said but I've been waiting for 20mins patiently and he says "doesn't matter, we are closed now" was not nice about it. I was the last vehicle in line and they couldn't take one simple order for me just for waiting so long? This location needs to have better customer service and at least let people in line know that we are closing soon and you might not be able to order. I honestly feel like they were running down the time because this lady was at the speaker for a good 8 minutes waiting to order. No cars in front of her at this point.

They would get a lot more business at this location if it didn’t take an hour to go through the drive thru. Both times I’ve come here they told every car to wait at the teller for someone to take your order and it usually takes about ten minutes per car (and the line is usually 5-10 cars long.) So most cars pull up and leave before the line even moves.

It was excellent. The baconator fries were really delicious. And plus the burger was even delicious as well I recommend everyone going to this Wendy’s is fantastic they are very well remodeled they have a television DIRECTV boxes fireplace and quick ordering technologies

Waited nearly half an hour at the drive through and after I placed my order and was charged at the window, I was told they are out of what I ordered and asked if I wanted a substitution. Customer service at this location is a joke.

One of the managers needs to be retrained, or let go the one who drives a scooter. They have the dinning room closed. They take a order, then put the next car on hold until the previous order is made and handed out . 3 cars in front of me, but took 30 minutes. If you they were to keep taking orders it wouldn't take so long.
