Food ordered was correct and hot, pretty fast and the staff was nice. The interior and exterior are extremely filthy.

They have chili but they never have baked potatoes 7:00 p.m. every time we try to get it I can understand being out of chili but potatoes are just microwaved so that makes no sense to me at all
The entire building is falling apart. The ceiling tiles are disgusting!! The light lenses are filthy!!

I love Wendy's but today was a disappointing visit. I waited for a little bit to place my order inside. The girl at the register seemed confused and flustered. She called for the manager but called her by the wrong name. In the few minutes that I stood there one man brought his burger back cause it had cheese on it and he didn't want cheese. Another one came in from going through the drive thru and had the totally wrong order. My burger was half the size of the bun. My fry container was only half full. The nuggets were barely warm. Just not a good visit.
I ordered a single with cheese, baconator fries, and a large tea. The burger was excellent. The fries were so over cooked that they were hard. The ice tea was like drinking syrup. I didn't go back and complain due to traffic. Guess the next time I go, if there is a next time. I will check everything and hold up the drive thru traffic while I do.
