I want to start by saying I hope all the other managers ESPECIALLY Lehigh read this review. You have some awesome staff at the Cape Coral Pkwy store! I had cold fries. Cold fries! I walked up to counter ans upon being noticed I was immediately apologized too and was told they "bring" me the replacement fries. 2 minutes have passed and the young man asks if my fries were delivered in his absence, I respond with no and within I hear myself being discussed with James from the back. I then have these hot fresh and larger size fries. James apologized again and told me to enjoy.Excellence in their parental upbringing AND Customer Service! You go with your bad self Cape Coral Pkwy WENDYS. ?

The manager Robert, went above and beyond to make sure my food was made right after grubhub brought me the wrong order. Thank you Robert! He is a valuable asset to the company

I decided to order online, because the weather is not the best to be making a order on a drive thru, so I ordered 2 salads, and I just lost my time and money because they make both salads with the spicy chicken. One of the salads was for my daughter and the other one for me. We was so disappointed because the chicken it's really spicy for people like us who don't eat spicy at all, I lost my money and the worst part we stay hungry

This Wendy's location deserves zero stars. I went through the drive thru and waited 45 minutes for My food. I should have drove off but My Daughter really wanted Wendy's. My daughter is allergic to tomatoes and I specifically ordered a chicken sandwich no tomatoes. After being so annoyed at the long wait I took the bag and drove home. When I got home they gave us a cheeseburger instead of the chicken no tomatoes. The order was wrong and multiple missing items. I did call corporate and they assured me that someone would reach out to me but 3 weeks have passed and no one has. I will live without my $30.00 refund and I know you will not close down because I will stop going to your location. They need to shut this location down period. Terrible service and poor management skills. I am disgusted with your service and even more disgusted with the handling of your management team. You are a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE restaurant and I truly hope you will close down really soon.

I would give this location negative stars if I could. I ordered mobile through the app when I was very sick with covid for my family. I pulled around past the drive through up to the window and was told I could not pick my food up and that if I wanted it I would have to drive around. There was a line of cars behind me- mind you I had already paid for my order and was refused. I then asked if I could come pick up my order inside. I was told the dining room was closed. The dining room had closed 2 minutes prior. The cashier then acted like she returned my order, and gave me a receipt with an order number. I was told the funds would go back into my account within 7-10 business days. Nothing. I then called the location and was told I would have to go through the app. I called the customer service through the app and waited on hold for over 2hours only to speak with a rep who told me the manager at this location had to be the one to do this return. I was told that the manager at this location was going to give me a call and never heard from her. Not everyone is made of money. I was robbed $25. I will never be eating at this location again. Worst customer service I have ever had. I have not eaten at a Wendy’s since.

I just ordered over $30 worth of food, one of them being a kids cheeseburger happy meal, hot home and aside from 3 other items being wrong, this was my child’s burger ??‍♀️WTF

The staff is great they just need help lot of times I've been they have the doors inside lock so the only way you can get anything is through the drive-thru but other than that the food is always fresh don't have any complaints.

This place must be suffering from labor shortages big time. If there was ever a person you wouldn't hire, they work here. Real bad

I arrived around 630 7 o'clock and waited patiently at the drive thru just watching my Netflix show until an episode had passed and I looked at the time and half hour had passed. When I said hello, she asked to wait so I waited another ten minutes and asked if I could order. They didn't say anything so I drove out of line and parked. I walked in and some older lady in the front said the dining room was closed even though there people were at least 4 or 5 in there and to top it all off as soon as I walked in I could hear them taking someone's order finally! Overall was a horrible experience and I'm never going there again.

I placed an order through the Wendy's app today for delivery to my place of work. I was missing several items from the order. I called the store and they immediately told me to contact Doordash. So I did. Doordash told me since I made the order through the app, it was the merchants fault. She contacted them for me, and when doing so, they said they couldn't hear her so I decided to contact them myself. After an hour of calling them and getting a busy signal (pretty sure their phone was off the hook) I finally called the McGregor Blvd location (since it is right by my store) and they gladly fixed the issue of missing nuggets.Horrible customer service and I will avoid that store at all costs.
