I gave it two stars because I didn’t get a chance to actually try the smoothies. My husband and I walked in around 9pm on a Saturday night (5/14/22) and it smelled very poorly even though it was visibility clear the employees had just mopped. The cleaning supplies were covering a noticeably dingy smell (it smelled like vomit), or maybe it was the supplies themselves that smelled so badly? We instantly lost our appetites and left before getting to the counter.
Well this time we had a way better experience than we did at the Santa Barbara location. First of all one of the employees who worked there held the door open for us. Second we were greeted upon entering. Another employee took our order right away. The order itself for 3 adults only took a few minutes and was correct. The quality however was also good.Overall a very pleasant experience. Certainly worth driving a few miles more.
Expensive for not very tasty stuff...you'll be in line forever with very rude and impatient people who WILL hit you in the drivethru to get in front of you if you're not careful. Wasn't worth the $7 for a frozen juice drink, but I'm sure there were health benefits, so I'm not mad
We are def going to have to come here more often. Flavors are good. Healthy eating. This is a very busy location.
Today February 28, 2022 I visited the store at 1 o’clock and the gentleman behind the counter at the cash register was not a happy worker didn’t even smile. If you don’t like your job go get another one because you’re representing tropical smoothie and this doesn’t comply with company values.
Service is really great and people are really nice. I think the smoothies are a little overpriced.
Love going to tropical smoothie my daughter and I went there for lunchNever been there before. My daughter said you'd love it Mom oh and yes I do We both had chicken quesadilla and strawberry kiwi smoothie drink yummy in my tummy what a great atmosphere everyone was kind and friendly I recommend this place highly if you love smoothies of any kind they can make it
This review is strictly for this location. I dont understand how somebody can ruin a smoothie as consistently as this location does. EVERY single time I order on door dash from this location the smoothie is terrible or just has all of the wrong stuff in it. The thing that sucks the most is that if i order from the santa barbara Location which much further the smootie taste freaking amazing. I dont understand how somebody can mess up a smoothie but the Pine island location does it everytime.
I ordered an all American breakfast burrito which took forever to make !! Waited long !! It’s the tiniest I have ever seen ! Not worth 3.99 plus tax!! A bunch of young kids making your foods at these fast food chains that play around with no supervision ! Inspect your food carefully !! ??
While being home sick with Covid I order delivery off their app. After the order was delivered missing a smoothie my husband stopped the door dash deliver who showed him she only had the 1 smoothie while our receipt showed the 2. Calling the store they told me to call door dash (which already told me I had to call the store) or to come in and pick up. I further stated how my husband has been exposed. But they said for my husband who has been quarantining to go pick up my smoothie. Obviously the manager had no concern for the safety of her customers or staff. If I order off your app and it’s not right it’s not my job to make it right. Don’t offer delivery off your app if this is the service you provide.
