We were shown to a table, but then no one came to take our order. 4 or 5 different members of staff walked past our table but not one of them spoke to us. After waiting over 10 minutes we left. The guy at the front desk didn't look surprised when we explained why we were leaving. Not sure what the food or drinks are like but the service is the worst we've experienced on our visits to Florida. The staff don't care about the customers! Definitely avoid.
Pet-Friendly on the Patio (however, the hostess made it sound like they also may be pet-friendly inside? I didn't ask to confirm), which has a great view of the marina and yachts as far as the eye can see.The Pina Coladas were a hit, as well as their bourbon selection.Started off with the Little Neck Clams, which were very smoky and earthy, but flavorful. Added a Small Chicken Caesar salad which-if the small was as big as it was, the large size would be MASSIVE! It was still nicely put together, so it would make for a fine meal on its own.Wife got the Honey Garlic Salmon with Roasted Potatoes-these things were huge! Perfectly roasted potatoes, but best to eat the Salmon in a separate bite so you can fully savor its flavor.I went with the Blackened Grouper Sandwich; while good, it got kind of messy to hold with the Cajun Ranch Slaw on the bottom bun. Might have been better to have the slaw as a side.We had an issue with one of the dishes, but the waiter (Adrian) made it right with no questions asked, which we appreciated.Great spot for your pups to eat with you, or to take in some serious people-watching.
Came here for lunch on arrival day at the hotel. Wait staff were very good, friendly and prompt. Food was just okay. Husband had the wrap and I had chick sliders. Fries were really good. Overpriced. What you really come for here is the atmosphere and view, which we enjoyed very much.
Had dinner after checking into the Westin. Service was good the menu ok. The grouper Sandwich was average at best. Not very large and the bun could not keep the sanwhich together. The califlower wrap was very good though. If you are staying here the drinks outside and maybe a light bite to eat make more sense to me
The Nauti mermaid is located on the property of the Westin Cape Coral. We had burgers and the chicken Caesar salad. Both were fantastic. The restaurant overlooks the marina which is gorgeous! Recommend!
My boyfriend and I were looking for a neighborhood place serving fresh fish. The Lk. Erie Walleye was absolutely wonderful. We sat at the bar because we like to interact with the locals. The bartender was a total jerk. He was a complete contemptible halfwit. Even though the food was delicious, we do NOT recommend this place. We left the place with a bad taste in our mouths and a negative outlook on the local Cleveland people.
The food was okay. The views and atmosphere are fantastic. The 1 star is for the poor service and questionable staff they have working there. I always pay with a credit card and leave a cash tip when possible because I know the wait staff always appreciate cash. At this restaurant I left the cash tip (25% tip) neatly tucked into the waiter wallet as always. We got up and took a walk along the dock right next to the restaurant. 5 minutes later the waitress (Amelia) runs outside and confronts my elderly parents on the dock and said she didn’t get a tip. Feeling bad, they immediately handed her a $20 bill. This is very unfortunate because I did indeed leave the money inside the waiter wallet and even had another family member verify they saw me put the money in the wallet and close it. There’s no way it blew away either because there was absolutely no breeze. A very unfortunate event that ruined an otherwise nice experience.
The Billy Joel show was incredible, our waitress was attentive and super friendly, the atmosphere is always top notch. Only problem was, we believe our food was given to the table behind us (ordered exact same thing), so it took us nearly an hour to get our food. The avocado wrap was decent but the Maui Tacos were fabulous. ?
The lunch menu is horrible. 10.00 for a bowl of soup that was about 5 ounces of watery French Onion. Avocado Chicken wrap was lunch meat and lettuce and dry for 15.00. Very poor quality of food, view is nice and good service at the bar. Just needs some decent food out of kitchen!
