We were there Sat.around 6:30. Had called before because we have a small dog and wanted to make sure it was pet friendly since it was open air. The lady said yes. When we arrived they were seating a small wedding party. We were at the hostess station about 5 minutes and the lady says just sit anywhere . So we are looking for a place to sit and this young hot shot guy with an attitude comes out and says the owner said no pets in this area only the bar. Now the other lady said just sit anywhere. Well there were no seats at the bar and then this guy says....first come first served. Really?? How professional. There are plenty of restaurants in the area that are way more accommodating and friendly and that's where we will be spending our money. To the owner I would say train your staff if you want new clientele. Your customer service is absurd and just plain rude.

This is now Latitude 78. Food was good and service wasn't bad considering my server was also running the bar.
Was a great atmosphere, staff was great, food was good, beer was cold, and the other patrons were very friendly. It was a good time. Hope this doesn't change under the new name and remodel.
It was okay fun place for the kids i know they saod bigg changes were happening
