One of the best Latin food if is not the Best. Paola was very friendly an very attentive. Al the plate was delicious the presentation very nice an good portion.
DO NOT expect to order quesadillas here, and be able to eat the whole thing. They package and press them in a way where the sides stick to the paper, and I have to rip up the quesadilla just to get a piece that doesn't have paper in it. I will not come back here if this keeps happening. Pray someone here will do the sensible thing and FIX this. Other Taco Bells are doing this right. Why can't this one?
The staff here is very nice! They do a good job. The food is good and the restaurant is very clean if you go inside. The kiosk for ordering is also really convenient and fun.
I have ordered door dash from this place several times. Every time something is wrong or missing. I have worked fast food I don't understand how hard is it to read your screens and pay attention.
Went today at 1045 am was told couldn’t order the bfast order due to they didn’t want to open the package of hash browns I asked you have to cook a package of hash browns for the 5 sandwiches I planned on ordering ? She said yes and we won’t do it because then we have to throw away the rest. She said bfast is ending in 15 mins I said well you don’t open until 10am right? And she said no we open at 9. I have been there at 9 and was told they don’t open til 10. What has happened to all these businesses? She actually acted put out that I wanted to give them my business. SMH get it together.
The only reason i am giving three stars and not one is because of the super sweet, kind, and genuine 29 year old girl with short brown hair and the pink mask. She has amazing customer service skills and is super helpful. She deserves to work in a better environment. The manager on the other hand and his line workers have poor attitude and like to cuss when they mess something up 3 times. The manager did not take my allergy’s seriously. I asked for no cheese 3 times and each time i got cheese.
I'm sure thus has to do with everyone in the world being short handed, but waited in drive through almost an hour, couldn't get out or move due to how the drive through was set up, and no cars moving forward ir backward. We also were missing some food, the guy working drive through was very friendly and kind even though I'm sure under alot of pressure and probably alot of upset customers.
I have yet to have a correct order from this location. There is always at least one item they forget or substitute. Don't bother asking for sauce, they'll tell you it's already in the bag; It isn't.Even with the menu being cut down so much, maybe we still just expect too much to get what we are literally paying for.
Got 2 things. the powerbowl had a teaspoon of guacamole and a teaspoon of tomatoes.chalupa had more tomatoes on it.they finally got the order right. the tiny amount of products on here is ridiculous for the $.just done with this place.
Order 1 taco inside and waited and waited for over 10 minutes while they keep all drive thru orders going outClose your dining doors if you don’t want inside customers. Btw check out the picture, that’s what you get for $2.69Getting worse n worse by the minute
