This taco bell is ok but l love cinnamon twist but l seem to get them stale not warm but the customer service is ok. Much better then their neighbors
Yo this taco bell is trash. The kids dressed as employees have no idea what they are doing. If I was their manager, I'd be embarrassed. As someone who works in food service and managed a real kitchen, I know making orders is not something difficult. I'm tired of giving the Del Prado location chances. They have failed every single time.
Bring back the Enchirito! You gotta love Taco Bell, but they need a "special" menu, online only maybe, somebody needs to look into this. You can't get us addicted to things and then take them away. It's cruel!
Hot fresh food. Super friendly staff. Very nice young man named John served us at the drive through, asked about my day while we waited on my order. Not used to that kind of customer care or service
This is the absolute best taco bell I have been to in a very long time! Food was very good! Not like your typical taco bell. Both times I have been here once for breakfast once for dinner it has been exceptional. Staff is attentive, dining us clean, and food is above what most typically expect from fast food! Great job guys keep up the good work. I was impressed ?
I'm going to be as honest as I possibly can; This taco bell is leagues better than the one on Hancock Bridge. They get everything in the order right, they don't skip out on food, and their service is spectacular, even at 11pm through the drive thru. The last time I had a problem was my first time, when they substituted the pinto beans for black beans, but they never made that mistake again. I would chose this taco bell over any other.
One of the worst taco places! Constantly making the orders wrong. They do not know how to make a crunch wrap. It's obvious that there is no management to make sure the employees are doing their jobs. Which makes me question sanitary conditions with handling people's food. I won't be going back there. I'll make my own tacos and crunch wraps at home and will taste 10x better! Taco bell will lose money because they don't seem to care getting workers who will do their jobs correctly.
Always takes atleast an hour to 2 hours when having food delivered no matter the app, this is an on going problem so don’t want to hear about “short staffed” this location just needs to close down so the other ones can get the business that this one does not deserve. Always unhappy with this location.
This location is always friendly! This last time I ordered on the app and accidentally ordered the wrong beverage. They were so sweet and got me my correct drink. Above and beyond. Will definitely be back!
I went through the drive thru after 11, expecting the usual late night experience. Crabby workers and mistakes. I was pleasantly surprised, the woman that took my order was super nice and attentive and my food came out better than it ever has from Taco Bell. I’m happy ?
