The barista this morning is absolutely lovely. Her energy and customer service was probably the best I’ve ever received at a Starbucks before. She was working alone and was efficient & made my morning a little brighter. Thank you Katrina!

When visiting this Starbucks location today, we could not have been more disappointed. Ordered a grande coffee (nothing special), paid $4 because they don't give change! Seriously? They don't give coin change!? Who doesn't give change. The gentleman at the register said they round up to avoid giving change! I have never heard of anything so ridiculous. Now I am left wondering, how much extra money they are making!
False advertising. Pictures with whip creme and no whip creme on my coffee in December. Today, January 11, I went and asked before I ordered and again, no whip creme available. For God's sakes, this Starbuck's is located in a Target
I frequent target and often goto this Starbucks, about 75% of the time they tell me they are out of cream when I order coffee. The good employees figure it out, and being they are in a target they just go back and pull a creme off the shelf. But there is one guy that works there that is always wearing a mask, he always seems like he is in a bad mood, and rather then going and getting cream off the shelf he insists they don't have cream.If it was once, yeah I can understand but it's become every time I am in there. This has happened probably 8-10 times now. Finally got sick enough of it to leave this review.

Staff was amazing
I paid $12 for 2 venti holiday drinks that are all ice and didn't have any whipped topping or caramel sprinkles on top (they ran out??). Also, I couldn't even taste the caramel brulee or anything latte about it. Very disappointed for the 1st week of holiday drinks, let alone the amount I paid for them!
