I went through the drive through and the lady Lisa was overly rude to me. When i told her my order she said that they didn’t serve that there even though I got the same drink at every other Starbucks. She’s very impatient and rushed me and didn’t offer me any other suggestions in what I should get to replace the drink. Will not be coming back! this store needs to work on their welcome ness.
The staff is chill, drive through is usually a bit hefty in the afternoon but theyll make time for you if you dine in. Very clean aswell .
Been here multiple times asking for extra espresso shots in my drink, drive away and get home and there is no espresso in the drink. Tonight is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened at this location. Last time I'm going there, atleast Dunkin Donuts actually give me my espresso when I pay for it. You'd think for this price it would be perfect. Starbucks has really gone down hill.
The best Starbucks in Cape Coral. Fast, and friendly. Don’t let the huge line fool you. They are very efficient !
My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and we live 2 minutes from this location and gave it a shot a few weeks ago, and today was our second shot.. and at this point this will be our last. The woman that works the drive thru on Sunday mornings, she has short dark boy styled hair. She’s very rude. The first time we stopped in, we asked for a quick second to look at the menu, she immediately replied “if you need more time you can come inside” and then she proceeded to rush us. Fast forward to today she’s still very rude with her responses. It’s not a very welcoming location and for that reason we will not be coming back. Side note, the drinks at this location aren’t up to par either. It’s very sad because it’s so close. But it’s worth making the drive somewhere else.
So tell me how I always go to this location and get an iced blonde coffee with hazelnut that a gentleman made for me here actually when I was indecisive with an order. I go early on Mother’s Day in the morning to get the same thing I’ve been getting here for a long time now and a lady name Lisa was like in quotation sorry I can’t do that for you at this location. Very rude very blunt not opening me up to any other suggestions. Just probably the worst morning of my life and she just made it even more worse. Probably be my last service getting a coffee there. Literally everybody that I’ve had was super sweet and super catering to what my needs are for coffee cause I’m not even a big coffee drinker and the woman name Lisa at this location really just was rude and non delightful.

Updated Review Awful....these places have gone to sheet. I have come here for 14+ years every day never missed a day even when sick ...I order the same things every day.So this A.M. I got the wrong coffee which was whatever but was handed a wad of napkins (thought it was for my food) nope I feel dripping all down my legs I'm like hmm where's it coming from. It was my coffee and that was why they handed me a wad of napkins. I would have never handed that drink out the window like that. Most of the time wrong drinks rude service and messes. Nicole is kind but she doesn't work often and the other employees are rude disrespectful etc. It wasn't even busy I got there at 5AM and was their only customer until 545 so it's not like they were busy and didn't have time to fix it.
Even when I haven't been there for a while, I am greeted as I walk through the door with a hardy and cheerful hello Peggy. That says a lot at least to me as a valued customer!!!
Did not have the coffee brew behind the counter like the are supposed to. Missed out on coffee sales X3. Disappointed.
