Staff is very quiet and not friendly at all.
Good coffee but way understaffed.

Went there around 4pm today. I bought a regular coffee. Coffee was cold and asked to replace it. Employer tells me that they had no coffee. Then the other employee said she will brew new coffee. The male employee was very rude.

With only the drive-thru open, I still want to write a review. This location has kept the quality and customer service up during these difficult times. I come here at least twice a week so these employees can keep their jobs. I appreciate their friendliness and keeping the drive-thru flowing well. Thank you!
I went in to get a coffee. The two girls who were working were busy telling each other about their lives instead of helping me. I literally had to stand there waiting for them to finish their loud, obnoxious stories.
Got a mobile order this morning. Coffee was done right but not very hot. We did have 6 drinks and we weRe on time but still. My wife works at one of the busiest SBucks in Florida and even tho morninngs are absolutely crazy the drinks are hot. Of course there’s always room for mistakes and I understand. Which is why it is an average (normal) rating.
