I currently work for Smoothie King (not this location) and I know exactly what the expectations are supposed to be, and they rarely meet that mark. I come here on my days off about once a week, because it’s close to me. And I ALWAYS have some sort of issue. It’s been a couple weeks since I got a smoothie that was made correctly. And yes you can get it remade but when you’ve already waited 15-20 minutes for a smoothie, it’s not worth it. The speed is sometimes understandable, if someone’s new or whatever. But please always acknowledge this fact and schedule more than 2 people when you know one is learning. It puts way too much stress on both people, and backs up everything.Last time the guy working was so new I had to direct him where my order was on the menu -WHICH IS FINE BY ME. I’m happy to help. But he clearly needed more support. There was a very helpful guy working too, but he was also extremely busy with drive thru and trying to keep up with orders and correcting honest mistakes.I’ve also seen a couple reviews about mold?? I personally haven’t seen any, but if there’s any truth to that either, that adds to the disappointment.Customers; Please go to any other location. Owner / manager/ whoever applicable: Please do something to help your team out. That’s not fair to anyone.

I highly recommend not going there. It was my first time. There was a stack of blender covers I could see they were close enough to touch. Every One of them had black mold on them. I know because I reached over the glass and dragged my finger across it. My fingernail was black.The manager said they get cleaned night. That's a lie black mold doesn't happen overnight. This is a very serious issue. You need to google what black mold ingested does to you. Absolutely disgusting.I've seen it especially on blenders.

I go to the SK on Dani often and it's fine. This one off Del Prado is ridiculous. Waiting over 13 minutes from when I paid (checked the receipt) before it gets to me not even in the drive through but going in. No. Y'all need to be fired and replaced. Most 1 start reviews I've ever seen on a place.

We were so happy to find this place during our vacation…we ended up visiting each day til we left. I recommend the Angel food smoothie

I have refrained from writing this review because every time I go to this location I try to give the benefit of the doubt. Without fail, every time I visit, I wait at the drive thru window for AT LEAST 10-15 minutes. No one ever apologizes for the wait or checks on me during the long wait. I understand if they are busy (I’m not a Karen lol), but this is also when I’m the only person in line. There is zero sense of urgency from any employee.

There's a drive through though you may have missed it. The entrance is on the right when you come into the little shopping plaza. The smoothies are delicious but a bit expensive. The ones referred to as meal replacements really are filling. You get so much more in large vs. medium that I tend to get large just for the value (it's not much more money).They're a little rigid when it comes to how they do things. For example, they have 3 kids flavors and will absolutely not give you anything else in the kids cup. My kid hates all 3 kids flavors.Great for those hot sunny days or as refreshments for a picnic at the park.Edit/Update 03/2022:Not sure what’s going on but the Smoothies taste like they are being watered down. This isn’t a problem I’ve ever had and now 2 in 10 visits this year alone have yielded what tastes like watered down Smoothies. We generally only buy large Strawberry Kiwi Breeze + Frozen Yogurt - this is very expensive, so when we end up getting a Smoothie that tastes watered down, it’s an expensive disappointment. It really seems to boil down to whoever’s making them so I don’t even know what to say or recommend. I guess, taste it before you leave? Will update again if things change.

I don't normally write bad reviews, but I also don't normally receive unwarranted comments from someone taking my order about whether or not I should be drinking a certain smoothie at 9 months pregnant. I don't really think that's appropriate.

On Jan 11th I purchased 3 smoothies and tipped the young gentlemen the remaining 6$ from my bill. He was ecstatic and said he would really take care of me. When I got home I found a long piece of plastic in my cup the plastic sleeve that holds all the styrofoam cups.. I sent the general manager Jinky a video and her direct response was we will replace it with 1 small smoothie. Maybe I'm spoiled with service but it doesn't sit right with me.

I love this place until today... I always get extra thick. make sure l get extra thick smoothie. The Asian lady after telling her twice i still got a crappie smoothie...l am sick of bad customer service that l have to pay for.

I went here the other day and there was a cockroach in my smoothie. When I went to complain, the worker just rolled her eyes and said okay what do u want us to do about. It I said lemme get the manger . The manager came out and I explained the situation and she said, “PROTEIN” I was like huh she was trying to laugh about it like I had places to be she goes there’s your free protein like what the heck LOL never coming back
