This is the spot. I ordered for take out went to pick up my 2 pizzas, I was pleasantly surprised by the decor. I was greeted by a man behind the bar looked to my left and noticed the sweetest lady cutting gnocchi. Several tables had customer’s with smiles on their faces talking to each other. My pizzas weren’t ready so I ordered a beer and sat at the bar. The first thing I realized is the volume in the restaurant was pleasant, you could hear the person next to you talking. It wasn’t noisy like a lot of places now days, here you can have nice family dinner you can talk to each other. After my drink was done I headed home. I’m from the Chicago area I love pizza. My family and I looked into the box and were surprised by the look of the pizza. It was golden brown, cheese melted to perfection, vegetables finely cut, plenty of sausage. Then I grabbed my first piece. It was so light and crisp you could tell it’s made with fresh ingredients. I had my first bite this is by far my favorite pizza in the area. Next time I’m bringing my family there for dinner.

Sicily Trattoria has served the best Italian/Sicilian food in Cape Coral for the past 15 years at least! Highly recommended ?
A beautiful gem of an Italian family friendly restaurant. Food is delicious, service is exceptional, and the prices are great. It is truly amazing to see generations working together. Anything you try will not disappoint - salads, soups, pizza, pasta, entrees, dessert, etc. Bravo to the staff at Sicily Trattoria!
It is a small restaurant and they do not take reservations for less than six people so the five of us got there around 5:45pm and got the last big table. Service was good and we all enjoyed our meals (shrimp w/linguine, lasagna, spaghetti bolognese, lobster ravioli and a veal dish). The Itaian wines were also very good. The bread was good and we unfortunately did not have room for dessert. The restaurant is in the middle of a strip plaza and parking was easy. We all agreed it was a good food experience and we would go back.
The best Italian around!! took me forever to find a good Italian resturant. my dinner was veal Parmigiano with penne, excellent. itslian bread was light and crunchy. can't wait to try their pizza. portion size just right.
My wife and I had dinner there last evening. This is a warm, family-owned restaurant with great food, really good service, and good wine that is fairly priced. The meatballs were great, the manicotti superb, the bread fresh and warm, and the prices very reasonable. Definitely worth a return trip. The only negative was that they served the limoncello warm rather than icy cold, but this was small sacrifice.
Came here with family and the food was great! Staff was friendly and everything was fresh
We were a group of eight. The atmosphere is neighborhood Italian restaurant. We had a variety of dishes. Chicken parmigiana, lasagna, pizza, chicken Marsala, and eggplant parmigiana. Everyone said their meal was excellent. We were all too full to order dessert. Service was very good and the prices are reasonable. All said they would be back.
