Not my favorite place to go. I like the performers and the music but the people that go there have no respect for the entertainment. The staff is friendly as well. They should never do a cover charge when they have performers. It scares too many people away.

Great service, fantastic food, shout out to Burger Q killer food.

Never cared for this bar, kinda dirty but not Dixie filthy. Also not a fan of Dixie but now it's changing themes. I will come back and try it again. I like the new look of the front outdoor area. Really wish someone would open the rooftop bar again.Good luck with the new venue

Was here on a bike night, so it was crowded and loud but the staff still stepped up to get to everyone's orders. Really cool vibe and decorum. Check it out.

The disagreeable owners loses this place a star.

Horrible! Disappointing! Boring! Drag Queen and Drag King Bingo. All employees were very nice though a little unorganized. The "Drag King" could have made more of an effort in appearance/ dress up. The bathroom door was dirty and sticky could use a good cleaning period. I would love to see them step up there entertainment because it really can be so much fun and I want to see them succeed. Need more Drag and more hyper enthusiasm please! Regroup and come kicking. Best of luck, I want to have a memorable time next time! Sincerely, Lee

Rockade is internally connected to Dixie Roadhouse, though it's a very different experience. Live DJ on the weekends and he's very good at keeping the energy going strong all night. The bartender, Heather if I recall correctly, is also great at keeping things lively as she serves up drinks quick and with flair, very fun and engaging. What Rockade seems to suffer from is lack of interest from the owners. Being that they're connected and staff flow freely between the two I'm going to assume they're owned by the same person/group and they seem to spend all their attention on Dixie. There's a large disparity between the curb appeal between Rockade and Dixie to the point that you'd almost think Rockade was shut down so unsurprisingly the crowd at Rockade is usually sparse, at least the times that I go. With a name like Rockade you'd also expect some sort of games, but no. The decor is also lacking a bit, the bar itself is great as you see in the pic, but other than a few giant comicbook style pictures mounted near the perimeter of the ceiling, theres nothing else to catch your eye or to complete the experience. There's an upper level but I can't even tell if it's closed off or merely unused because there's never a lack of space due to the lack of concurrent patrons. There's plenty of dance floor to enjoy however and despite the crowd being kind of light, it isn't dead at least so definitely give it a shot. And if management sees this; please put more effort into the curb appeal. A lighted sign would be nice. And if you could deck out the interior a bit more I'd definitely give this place 5 stars. Honestly the only reason I'm sticking to 4 stars is just because of the staff. If they weren't as awesome as they are I would be inclined to give you a 2-3 star rating.

This place is really cozy and we had a great time. Many adults beverages are offered. When the place is busy, they could use an extra bartender, though. The bartenders are REALLY hard-working.

Went for the first time in August 2019 and we had a blast. The Dj was on point.
