Waited in line no one saying we'll b with you. And it was freezing. I saw my own breath. Love their food. This store is just not customer oriented. Who can eat when u see ur own breath at noon on a Monday? Won't b back.

Absolutely ridiculous I ordered a 12 piece meal they ask spicy or mild. I choose spicy, they inform me that they are out of spicy chicken,so I go with the mild. Get to the window its $45 bucks no big deal... ask for 4 packs of Mardi Gras and Blackened ranch lady acts shocked i asked for sauce and tells me its 0.25 each thats fine no biggy just spend 45 on chicken $2 extra is going to make or break it.... hand her a $5 she short changed me and gives me 86 cents ( I did get my correct change once I told her). She then informs me to pull up they were waiting on fries... I wait a little over 5 mins I get home less than a 5 min drive and everything but my mash potatoes is cold!!! What the hell was i waiting on??? The place wasn't busy either, i was the only one in line !

Moved here from the Midwest last year. Back there, KFC dominates chicken franchises. Large pieces of chicken. Good pricing. But here in Florida, Popeye's is better. The KFV
They gave me the smallest piceces of chicken I've ever seen (I ordered 3 pc. dark meat). And they discontinued my favorite hershey's chocolate beignets. Please popeyes at least bring back the beignets.
I ordered 3 chicken tenders and this was the third. It looks more like a fish hook or snake than a chicken tender. Also ordered kids meal with chicken tenders the 2 tenders were bigger than the adult ones. Asked for fries witb kids meal they never said hou can upsize to get fries just gave apple sauce and ape juice. With 4 orders only 1 was asked spicy or mild. Noa I know why thiz place uz alwayz so empty, the workers are rude. When I went through the drive thru to get the fries they forgot was when we found out we could have upgraded to have them included. The girl at the window threw my change at me. I know for sure I will not be going back there again
Ordered on UberEats. They accepted the order and notified the driver to get said order. Once driver arrives they say no more food. Mind you I was not the only one who ordered either, driver had another one to pick up as well. The driver called me saying the people were telling him they had no more food but he felt as though they just didn't want to work.Just why accept an order if you weren't planning on doing it? Very unprofessional.
