Unfortunately this location has been on a downward spiral for months now. Todays experience was the icing on top. We Waited 30 minutes in line to get our food. Not only did they add something to our order that we didn’t ask for, they forgot the bread rolls that are included with every family meal. We always check the bags because this location is infamous for forgetting food and not telling you. We asked for a small cup of mashed potatoes or a small order of plantains to make up for it. The manager didn’t care and obviously has no clue what customer service is. After spending $25 on food and waiting 30 minutes in line you’d expect a small loss in profit to satisfy a customer would be the right thing to do. I don’t recommend this place.

Diners beware! This was my first time ordering from this place and it was awful. To start the grilled chicken breast platter came with two dry chicken breast comparable to two hockey pucks! The rice and beans had an odor that was anything but appetizing. And to top it off the arroz con leche dessert, which by the way is a dairy product was expired by almost a week! Absolutely alarming! Hopefully we don't have to deal with food poisoning tonight or tomorrow morning, but I'll keep you posted! Avoid this place, they're disgusting.

This used to be our favorite place a couple years ago. It's been a while but returned today. Disappointed is being nice about it. They encourage you not to order at the counter but to use your phone. We were already there so walked up to the counter. The older man was VERY impatient but nice otherwise. Our orders were wrong! We didn't complain as the 2 only lines (pick up/order) were both full and I never send food back! The five pieces of ice in our tea's melted before we got to the table. We got no salsa or sauces of any kind. I went to look for them but, again, you have to wait in line to get them. They are SO busy with too few people. I miss the days you got your own drinks and condiments. I can't see why at this point it can't go back to how it was except for company greed! We got bowls that were mostly beans/rice. Plantains were good like they used to be. We won't return as there are other places not cutting so many corners. It costs more to eat out than it ever did and then you get low quality food.

This Tropichop was so dang good. Can't wait to return again. Just the right amount to not be overfill too. Service was fast and friendly.

I have never been sooooo disappointed. I have eaten in the restaurant. Today I was not feeling well so I ordered to go. I ordered the churrasco with chimichurro. In the commercial the churrasco is out in a bowl over rice and beans and the chimichurros on the side. Looked so good. Hence why I ordered it. I got home and when I opened my food. I ate some first cause I was sooo hungry. But this styrofoam container had ONLY the meat it looked pathetic no side of chimichurro. Don’t understand why it wasn’t put on those little black containers. No rice and beans. I guess it was only one side with the order which I misunderstood and had a salad. I got a small soup too. This order was over 16. Don’t plan on ever coming back

The food is awesome and fairly priced but CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! I've been going to this location for 2 years and they may have had the entire order maybe once, twice tops. without fail they will forget something. either a side or in today's case an entire platter. always check before leaving. I get it they are always busy but how often they mess an order up is damn near comical. I don't even get upset anymore. I just expect it

Drive in type Restaurant serving Carribean style food. We called in to the 'drive through' for lunch yesterday and after a short wait, in the car queue, we ordered the Tropichop Crispy Chicken special with black beans and rice, and a Chicken Soup, and also some Beef Empanadas all to share between two of us. The food was nice and hot, and was all freshly cooked and very well presented to say its a take away. The white rice there is really about as tasty as rice can get and is always fresh and light. Many Chinese take aways could learn from these people how to cook white rice without destroying it.. The 'Tropichop Chicken' was really nice and tasty and the crispy batter made it even better. The soup is quite hearty but light, not like a thick broth, and it contained plenty of fresh chicken pieces and healthy vegetables in it . There was just one issue that was somewhat disconcerting. That was when the person preparing the tropichop, who was wearing the appropriate protective see though gloves, finished cutting the chop chicken with a knife then wiped her gloved hands on the side of her jeans, (with the gloves still on.) No doubt those jeans would make a soup at the end of her shift ????. The plastic cutlery is very basic but strong and adequate.for the task at hand.

We've tried...we have really tried to patron and enjoy this location over the last two years. The main consistency is that orders via pickup or drive through are consistently *incorrect*; missing condiments, chicken on the bone instead of boneless etc.We order "easy" too; no special requirements, no changes - straight off the menu. Customer service is is lukewarm at best, too. We've never bothered to head back to complain because the lack of urgency of the waitstaff. Too many better options locally, save your $.

Pretty disappointed. I have never been and I really love this type of food. So my 1/4 chicken was as you see above except for the burnt piece closest to bottom right is just skin. So my 1/4 chicken was 4 small bites including the skin, no joke. The beans were terrible and tasted like they were sitting out all day after being poured out of a can. I had a large portion of rice which was OK except for I'm not a vegetarian and that was the majority of my meal. The cilantro cream sauce was good but I will likely not return for white rice and cream sauce.

I bought a bowl and asked and was charged for double chicken. I payed $9+ just to get back to my office with a bowl of mashed potatoes and 2 inch piece of dried chicken. Customer service is usually good by the girl who ran the drive thru was strange, I said thank you when she took my card and when she gave me my food, she didn’t even acknowledge me.
