Ordered my pizza for take-out at 9:30 and they decided not to make my pizza because they wanted to be finished with the day. They close at 11. I got a text saying my pizza was ready for pickup, but after driving there, “Lexi” said they weren’t making my pizza. If I payed online they would have had to make it. This place is a joke. She said they were getting too many orders so they decided not to make anymore. I love driving all over town just to return home without my order. Just order dominos instead and save yourself the hassle.
Not Pleased With The Delivery Crew Members , Ordered A Large Pepperoni Pizza .The Person Rung The Doorbell .We Got Up Instantly To Get The Door & When We Opened The Door , Delivery Driver Left Our Food On The Ground While Wet Outside .

Interesting... I am reading in below comments about their 'hygiene practice' in this particular store in Cape Coral.. well after going in there to pick up my order I was kinda shocked how dirty their apron and the surrounding was.. yes.. I do understand they work with tomato sauce and flour but boy - they had the entire menu on their apron from last week?! Covid numbers above 5000 in Cape and surroundings and none of them wearing a mask..But that was not the funny part.. the real interesting thing is.. after your order you do get an email from PapaJohns asking you for feedback - well I answered every question at the end they ask you if you like to be contacted about your survey.. yep - sure contact me.. well 10 days later you get another email saying - 'do you still want to be contacted..' :-) really.. well.. now more than ever.. YES please contact me.. this is again three weeks ago..Why I'm telling you this..? Well.. my recommendation; save the time to fill out the damned survey if no one gives a xxxxx - instead fill out a Google review.. I guarantee, over time that works much better.. ;-)BTW - the pizza 'Works' with the original crust is a 5* pizza.. and it tastes even better if it is produced in a bit cleaner environment.. as the saying goes.. 'You eat with your eyes first..' Enjoy :-)
Delivery was fast but it’s disappointing that order specifications can’t be followed. We ordered 2 pizzas. The one that was supposed to be original crust but it came thin crust. The other one was supposed to be light cheese but instead had extra cheese and wasn’t sliced. Going back to Jets who gets it right every time.
I just ordered pizza and wings . The pizza was gross it didn't have any toppings on it and a extreme amount of sauce the wings were mushy and they forgot the ranch.. I won't be ordering from there again it's bad when my kids won't eat the pizza!!
Worst GM in papa Johns. I just ordered a $75 order from Papa John's on Cape Coral Parkway in Cape Coral Florida and the general manager working there poured barbecue sauce all over 45 piece chicken poppers even knowing we asked for it plain and got multiple sauce dipping sauce on the side honey mustard Buffalo and barbecue sauce but for some reason they still dumped barbecue sauce all over it and when I asked him to replace it because nobody wanted to eat it he told me that h

First and last time I buy pizza here. There was only one person wearing a mask! Where is the humanity? There is no respect for humanity. Smh
